Leaving some shameless self-promotion here. If you haven't heard of "Baby Fat," come check it and its sequel out on Eka's Portal. It's a point-and-click game that features a babysitter looking after a some-teen old girl who ends up getting bloated off of different methods of stuffing and vore. I think my major issue is there is little to no response from prey. No struggles, no noise, nothing. It's a great flash game though.
