Why not try laying out a set of rules for anyone seeking to request something from you, like 'No OCs' etc.

Although I guess It probably won't really help since the people that go around seeking drawings of their OC are probably autistic and/or lack the humility to respect the wishes of someone they are asking for free artwork from.

Also it's not the OCs I hate, I wouldn't mind doing them, but rather the quality of people asking. I do have a do/don't page, but those go ignored on Eka's portal.

Sounds par the course for Eka's in general though, great place if you just want traffic but horrible if you want to actually interact with them.

Maybe try Deviantart? Although that will probably be just as bad, if not worse.

I've got accounts on both sites actually. I tried doing some trades with some guys I met on Inflatechan as practice for both of us, but they flaked. I use Eka more since I'm more into vore, although drawing slime inflation is easier. I can't do actual eating mouths yet.

Yes, the elf's name is Blue.

So, now onto the important part. Blue will be holding a sword in the air. Where he'll be holding it and in what position, I'll leave it up to you, be it in the fields, some sort of heavenly temple, your choice.

Now, the sword itself has quite a detail to it. The hilt is similar to a bumper from Sonic 1, it is a bright red circle with a large golden star in the middle, but it has another detail added to it. The circle hilt has a pair of small wings attached to the side just for show, and to make the hilt a bit larger. Like all swords, it has a handle that you can hold it with below the hilt, and that pole is a light grey and ends with a pearl. The blade itself is as long as any other long sword, and it ends at a single point and is a bright silvery color. This is the Star Cutter, a legendary sword forged by angels and crafted with the rarest of metals, only able to be wielded by the greatest of heroes.

I hope you have fun with this image! I just… really needed to have an image to describe the elf's sword.

Honestly, in your position I'd take the hit to potential traffic and put down non-vore/non-lewd content as a 'don't' on your page if it meant I wouldn't be getting requests for non-vore content of that nature.

Bare metal seems more consistent with the exaggerated sort of fantasy design. Maybe try a darker color for the wrap and see how that looks.

Maybe because I'm an anti-social loser. So yeah, just practice and you'll probably get more attention is all I can say.

Requests that go against my preference I disregard completely, especially when they have a gallery to thumb through. Requests are something that I have to enjoy doing and feel a fair amount of the community should enjoy as well. Otherwise it's pure selfishness to request something only that particular person would enjoy.

I stopped taking direct requests anyways, usually hit someone up if say I like their character and they seem attached to it, or hear some idea somewhere or on a drawthread.

I've wondered about someone setting up an open draw request thread in Eka's suggestion board, and people just pick something they might like to draw and ship it.

There's always the option of offering to draw characters but demanding a blank check or a category of situations.

Speaking of, I could be convinced to write a blank check for some of my characters in artwork if anyone is interested in doing it. The only requirement is that I be allowed to post it in my FA (with, of course, proper credit).

I've only been nagged by one person and they stopped after I calmly but firmly told them no a couple times. My guess is some people can't say no, or don't drive their message home hard enough that they aren't interested. A lot of people cannot take a hint, so if you don't slap their wrist fast they get out of control.
