These pages are from the manga "wakaru shinryounaika" also recently there's been an anime adaptation made.

(Still no vore to be seen as of yet)

I could not find an English version of the manga after searching for a while.

I'd really like to know what's being said here, but it being an image and not text would require an actual human tranlator…

Maybe we could ask Eka's if there are any Chinese speakers there, or hire a freelance translator?
