Now here's something I started doing ex tempore, and in the end thought I'd share it with my fellow anons.
It's made with XPS (Xnalara Posing Studio, http://xnalaraitalia.deviantart.com/journal/XPS-11-Osiris-Lara-Edition-513831513) and models from http://xnalara-customized.deviantart.com/gallery/ . It's a very simple program and not hard to use, but learning does require a bit of dedication and/or autism.

1.- Go and download xnalara on dA (search the most updated version I think it's 11)
2.- Download Blender (I use 2.72 because I had some problems using the newest version)
3.- Download some models on dA (and lurk for rope models and gags too)
4.- Open Xnalara and add the models you have
5.- Pose them like you want.
6.- Export scene as .obj
7.- Open Blender and import .obj
8.- Now look for a xnalara Cycles tutorial becuase this is gonna take a damn while to explain.
Note: If you can't install xnalara the problem might be because you don't have a file the program needs, it's not that hard to find tho.

Get the 1.6.1 one just find a guide on how to install addons. The addon has an option to make the model work for cycles (automatically makes some nodes too, you can edit them to your like tho).
That's if you dont want to set the nodes yourself.

Just checked on blender and her bracelet is joined in the metal mesh so hiding the mesh might not be the best idea… You could still hide it on blender by just going into edit mode and delete the bracelet.
On a side note what's on her neck?
