This one is pretty fun imo. The japanese government is stressed out about the lack of kids being born and are handing out big benefit checks to anyone who gets a kid. The protagonist decideds this is a great way to get money and you play through a bunch of minigames to get a whole lot of women pregnant with your children.

Alternatively you could play this one. You play as a monster who's roaming a school where he has to fight loli's to weaken them, and then devour them.

Depends on your tastes I suppose.

Kamidori is a T-RPG (more like Shining Force than Fire Emblem) with a bit of Recettear mixed in it. The gameplay is so good that some people think it'd actually be better without the ero parts. The art is top-notch as well.

The actual lewd scenes as pretty much just vanilla though.
