I'm all for the category idea. In fact, I think the more specificity the better - and I feel it's better to go down the fetish route rather than specific pr0nstars/studios. So for instance, instead of having a HotKinkyJo thread, you could have a prolapse thread instead, which opens it up to much more content.
To that end, one of the things you could include in the rules is a guide to what different position are called, so that anons can refer to it if they're not sure what thread to post content in. For instance, I dig the reverse anal cowgirl when the cumdumpster sticks her feet on his legs and would contribute vids of that in order to find more from other anons, but I don't know what that specific position is called.
A weekly shilling on /b/ will probably bump up viewing numbers and contributions, though the few already lurking might need to fill this board with content first for it to be effective.
