What worked for me was i stopped caring about shit.

I just started doing things i like and working towards the things i wanted.

But that's just me and i've always been a very leaf in the wind laid back kind of guy.

My understanding is that you've got a lot more anxiety problems than me so this probably won't help you at all.

Life's all about finding out who you are and what you want though, it's probably something you need to go through by yourself.

Having a gf helped me understand the world and life on a whole different level though, i stopped being so anxious about interacting with people so i would recommend that.

Heres 3 small things I think that can make a big difference

1. Exercise, gets your dopamine levels up. Easy to do in your room, just set daily goals for push ups/sit ups

2. Diet, has way big an affect on your body's chemical balance than people think. Make sure you are getting a lot of water and vitamins. Also you should take a multi-vitamin tablet everyday. Get some from Holland & Barrett or similar.

3. HP5 is a natural serotonin which you can get from Holland & Barrett. Lack of serotonin is one of the big causes of anxiety/depression.

The meds the doctors give you can damage your serotonin, whereas Hp5 comes naturally from a root.

All the evidence points toward weed legalisation as being good policy. No rises in usage, less crime, less money in the hands of gangs, lots of tax revenue. Our generation is much more open to the prospect of it being legal and I think that shift is happening atm. 4 U.S. states have already legalised it. Toppest tier body horror era Cronenberg for me is Scanners/Videodrome. Those 2 are absolutely essential and the effects on Scanners still hold up well today. That movie has one sin, it's got a fucking shit lead actor.

It kinda works with the theme of the movie but upon revisiting he can be annoying.

I would also recommend eXistenZ to go along with the Videodrome theme.

In all honesty i would recommend you watch everything Cronenberg if you are a fan of body horror. Atleast up until eXistenZ, then he moved onto more drama oriented stuff. Still great though

For what it's worth I think cycling would be a neat thing to test out, although if you're deleting old threads anyway so they don't shove everything else off the board I don't know if it really matters.
