The Lords of Finance gives a really in-depth look into how the modern European and American financial system were created. It's very wordy though.

Nah if Hillary wins thelection we'll get four straight years at least of Shillarying from Chloë but if she loses out at the candidate level or the final election Chloë will drop Hillary then and probably be more on relaxed democrat promotion until the election is done and after if they win.
