Maxiumum amount of paracetamol in a day is 5g I think. You 'can' take more but you risk liver damage or failure. You can take it more than once every 6 hours that's only precautionary really so your liver doesn't get fucked up.

I find paracetamol does shit all for headaches anyway. I think it's really only useful for muscle soreness
