a brazil programmer under the trip name Doc. At the time (a little over a year and a half ago), Doc had dvt, K and Qg as mods. We had a bunch of other posters that took off to make their own board when Doc flipped a switch in his head and went crazy. After that, Doc decided that he should leave and he gave Qg admin powers. So Doc and a couple of posters that were good friend with him (his little cliché) made a new board. Since then, he made deazy mod to replace me when I left the board, and then he made Rusty a mod when deazy had his break from the board.

Sweet, no for sure I'm super happy about their success. I was heavily invested in the band for several years when they started out.
Me not listening to them anymore doesn't have anything to do with 4chan. To be honest Minutes to Midnight didn't do it for me or my friends…I mean I liked it but, well it could take me hours to explain. Anyways, I actually did end up getting really into A Thousand Suns; some of the other albums I unfortunately haven't listened to much, but I'll always respect them. Hating on Linkin Park is silly IMO as well! Like them or not, they were the best of that type of music, and upped the ante. Not to mention their whole Japanese side and Reanimation and shit. Ableton and a Juno 8. I wanted to dabble a bit with this multisaple audio effect plug-in I had called Resonator. I don't fully understand its essence but how i used it was I took a audio sample, I consolidated it so I can make a copy of the file. Then I created a midi stem, placed the resonator on audio effects rack and placed the sample in the plug-in. That way I could assign the sample a pitch and it would play the sample i told the resonator to play it in. From there I can manipulate the harmonics, change the dynamics of each pitch layer. It also gives me the ability to manipulate things like the ADSR of the sample, LFO, Overtones, Frequency, number of voices, lenght of the loop, where the sample starts or ends, and the gain. It's a magnificent plug-in but works most effectively on samples that aren't melodic.

This was first piece sampling something (if you don't count the jazz piece I composed where I sampled someone's acapella of High and Dry by Radiohead). And the sample was from a film made in 1922. So its in public domain. Since I got myself a Roland - R26, I'm going to be making my own samples.

I've written out essays of analysis for myself breaking it down logically but unfortunately understanding or at least theorizing on what's happening doesn't change it or make it any better it so far it only gets worse and worse. Usually when you get to know a person you start with an image of them you construct based on little bits of experience before moving on to knowing the real person, and when you develop feelings for people you can move on to expressing them to them to whatever ends, but instead I'm just unable to move on to the real person and am stuck building a bigger and bigger image far past normal progression based on years of collecting info and media, and unable to express anything and so just have it resonate louder and louder in my head.
I think the whole waifu thing is people being stuck because they see/listen to/learn about pretty girls but the human brain doesn't yet understand on a "I'm seeing this thing so I'm going to dole out chemical responses appropriately" level that they're not really there because we've only had mass consumption of media for like 100 years, and thus some people get screwed by their brain releasing all of these "get emotionally invested in this person" chemicals when that person isn't really there. The same reason we still laugh at comedies, cry at tragedies, and get scared over horror. We invest in things we see on screens because they still make our brains feel things and whether the thing is actually there or not your feelings based on it are real and affect you in a real way. Then from there how bad it is just depends how badly the person's mind is predisposed to fuck up.
And of course setting another person, one big huge variable, as your life goal is basically like jumping off a cliff into fog hoping something will be there for you to land on so you don't fall to your death. But at least I can post walls of text about it on Indo-Chinese comic strip internet boards to pass the time.
