Infinity Next migration log
This thread is here to be the Next migration from a user perspective. This is tricky since I'm not really a typical 8ch user, but typical 8ch users don't keep logs and archives of the things they see in order to ensure the truth is passed on or people can see after the fact how things were for users.
I also realized I didn't start keeping the regular log until the first migration actually started; I wish I'd started back in September, honestly. This is just a general overview of things relating to Next and migration and 8ch during both. At the end, I'll post any relevant pictures I remembered to save with filenames starting in "Josh", "next", "8ch", etc.
Then in the future I'll post anything relevant that I come through while sorting through files.
If anyone has stuff to add, argue about, discuss, or so on, please do so.
After I post everything in here, I'll probably also be creating a strictly chronological order of events (this is just in the order I saw things), so please do post any and all relevant archives and screenshots.
Archival
Please do post your screenshots, archive.is things, requests for screenshots or archived copies of things you remember, accounts of things you remember and don't want to be forgotten or lied about, and so on in here.
Also ideas about more ways to archive.
Temporary Starting Sticky
Be aware that this sticky will be edited a lot in days to come. This is temporarily locked while I decide how I'm going to distribute important info/archives. I don't want to have too many stickies. I might make this a general-purpose sticky linking to board pages containing important info/archives, then have one more sticky for people to paste their archive links in and explanations for them in, then just have general discussion threads and make sure to archive them before they die. I think two stickies is a little cumbersome, but probably necessary for the board.

I plan to keep a fairly complete log of things I do to /watch/ itself, seems only fair for transparency purposes. Once I get my shit together it'll be a board page, for now it's this locked thread.

Like I said over there, it will take me some time to get things in order here. It may not be sorted out until Christmas holiday. I'm in secondary education and laden down with classwork currently. Sorry about that.
Anyways, suggestions for this board, or for what to do about things, or how we should talk to HW and globals, etc. This is just a thread I made to continue the discussion.
