This thread is here to be the Next migration from a user perspective. This is tricky since I'm not really a typical 8ch user, but typical 8ch users don't keep logs and archives of the things they see in order to ensure the truth is passed on or people can see after the fact how things were for users.

I also realized I didn't start keeping the regular log until the first migration actually started; I wish I'd started back in September, honestly. This is just a general overview of things relating to Next and migration and 8ch during both. At the end, I'll post any relevant pictures I remembered to save with filenames starting in "Josh", "next", "8ch", etc.

Then in the future I'll post anything relevant that I come through while sorting through files.

If anyone has stuff to add, argue about, discuss, or so on, please do so.

After I post everything in here, I'll probably also be creating a strictly chronological order of events (this is just in the order I saw things), so please do post any and all relevant archives and screenshots.

Josh had gone into "hiding", because Kiwi and with it all his stuff was rekt. Apparently, he uses some bouncer he "needs" for entering god damn Rizon. Over the 3 years running internet autism forums powered by xenForo, he made many enemies. He is also the complete contrary to Hotwheels in that regard. HW simply doesn't give a fuck whereas Null has to address all his advisory despite the fact that most of them are either huge losers or just losely connected to Kiwi. This is why some backwater calling itself sociopath community nuked Kiwi by posting something illegal and then contacting the hosting company. Its one of the oldest trolling tricks in the book.

Also Adventure mode will come back but without the autism rocket. Although clickinng on the rocket just to shitpost "RED ROCKET! RED ROCKET!" at the destination was pretty funny

Josh being Josh. This was a problem that could have been managed better by HW. I have a suspicion why he was like he was during the last half year. It may pop up when I find some logs that back it up.

The error message thing was due to Josh' autism and stuff not being there. Since I now know why Larachan was deployed the way it was, I can see why everyone would be angry at Josh for this.

Be aware that this sticky will be edited a lot in days to come. This is temporarily locked while I decide how I'm going to distribute important info/archives. I don't want to have too many stickies. I might make this a general-purpose sticky linking to board pages containing important info/archives, then have one more sticky for people to paste their archive links in and explanations for them in, then just have general discussion threads and make sure to archive them before they die. I think two stickies is a little cumbersome, but probably necessary for the board.
