This board is completely redundant with /fringe/ and /fit/ which are the same stuff. Especially /fringe/ though which covers philosophy, self-improvement, and related topics.

Remember to drink enough water. Juice or milk doesn't pass from water. It has to be water or it wont have the same effect. I'm not saying you should stop drinking milk and juice, i do recommend them both too, but you also have to drink water. Water should be your main drink.

Water is important for flushing waste products from your body, and if you drink only juice, etc. , the effect wont be as effective as it could, since the water is already saturated with substances.

Drinking water can help you lose weight because it will help you combat hunger, and it has zero calories.

Drinking water can help you grow muscle faster, since according to some researches, muscle cells contain up to 79% of water, and you will need water for your body to make new cells.

Drinking water will make your skin look healthy and help with acne. This can help especially if you are a teenager.

Drinking water can help you with headache and tiredness. Even a mild dehydration can reduce your brain function and give you headache. Just drink more water and you can notice increased performance on your productivity, memory and energy levels.

I recommend you having a glass of water on your desk all times.

1. Wake up at least 1 hour before sunrise.

2. Cook yourself a warm breakfast

3. Take a short walk or run. Just get some fresh air.

4. Take shower

5. Do something you prefer and relax before work.

6. Go sleep early.

You will have increased focus and feel better all day long. You will grow taller, if you are still growing anyways, and grow muscle faster.
