How to get good file sizes, while still having good quality? Can this even be done with ffmpeg?
I converted WebM related from a .mkv with:
ffmpeg -i input.mkv -c:v libvpx -cpu-used 0 -qmin 25 -qmax 50 -vf scale=1280x720 K-ON-S1-OP.webm
And as you can see, it looks blocky and it's 5MB for only 1 and a half minutes! How can I get good quality with small file sizes?
