This is Makoto Kino, or as she better known Sailor Jupiter. In the US she is called Lita, and in France she is Marcy; which I find adorable for some reason.

How long have you people been with your current waifu? have you had similar feelings for other characters in this way or is she the one and only?

I meet her in mids of 2007, that is more than 7 years, I though it was going to wear off after a couple of years after the show ending but nope. I think I even passed the "Seven-year itch"

The only character I have had something like that was May from pokemon, but I think it was more in the vein of horniness as a nerd teen, after that I have had many favorite female characters.

There are a lot of great images of her to chose from, but I narrowed it down to this image of Youmu. Two things really catch my attention; her playful and alluring expression and her cute, round little butt. The way her eyes seem to be staring right at the viewer and that little smirk and condom on her lips help to punctuate how she's looking forward to what's about to take place. Her exposed chest, ass, and crotch gives the impression that she is trying to seduce and tease as she gets disrobed for love making. Perhaps even leaving them on to tantalize further.
