/wg/ - Wallpapers/General

Hello and welcome to /wg/, 8chan's Wallpaper Generals board. Here's what to expect from /wg/:

1) No censorship. Nothing will be deleted unless it breaks one of the rules (see below) or the global site rules.

2) A place to share wallpapers with other anons.

Here are the rules: –UPDATED 10/19/2014–

1) When starting a thread, give it a theme (even if it's a loose one), and kick the thread off by posting at least 5 wallpapers to match your theme. Making a thread to request wallpapers of a specific theme is okay, as long as you follow the aforementioned prerequisite of a five image minimum.

2) /wg/ is NOT a safe for work board, and as such, adult content is NOT forbidden. Spoiler tags for adult content are NOT required.

3) HD images are encouraged. Keep uploads to a minimum of 1280 x 720.

4) Use the catalog! Check to see if there's an already existing thread about your topic. This helps keep duplicate threads to a minimum.

5) Anime wallpapers threads are allowed, as long as they adhere to the other rules in this sticky. This excludes loli porn, which should be directed to >>>/w/. Worksafe loli content is allowed.

6) /wg/ is NOT a catch-all dump for images. Posting low resolution, non-wallpaper images isn’t the purpose of this board.

7) Keep all modification requests in the Official Image Modification Thread: >>>/wg/799.
