I was told you guys were lonely, so I guess I'll start posting here too. I was trying to make a halfchan born chapter but things went haywire between my budget, that chapter's limits, and then gg happening tainted ideas from there. So I guess I'm making a brand new chapter?
So far:
>Called Tuff Marines, after compacted volcano ash most famous for moai statues.
>Like a landed magpie chapter, they deal mostly with what they can carry off of battlefields or whats gifted by other chapters, but have a home planet.
>Colors are tan and grey, with copper trim.
>Got an afro marine. Hells yeah.
Generally looking for advice for someone who hasn't fully painted a single figure, tactical tricks, and for poor naming decisions on everything. The one I'm making into the chapter master has a mark VI left leg, mark IV right, terminator and jury rigged plate pauldrons, maximus chest, bionic left arm and a heavily cybernetic head. May write up a story to explain that insane pile of extra bits.
