/wow/ - World of Warcraft

I've re-purposed the sticky for Board News, and will be posting any meta discussions and changes here.

First note: I have added custom flags. You can now use the following:

Alliance / Horde
All classes
All Races (With separate sex)

Unsure of how many total we are permitted, however should I figure out any more, I will post them in here. Debating making icons for Warcraft 1, 2, & 3, as well as WoW.

Final note on this subject: Each post on the board now has a broken link where the flag is. I would go through and edit each out individually, but I don't want every single post on this board to contain a "Post last edited at X" footnote. It looks ugly as sin, but hopefully Hotwheels will fix it somehow.

I've updated the rules with a disclaimer about private server discussion, account sales, and other topics of interest usually disallowed on WoW forums and message boards. The stance of /wow/ is that these topics are absolutely allowed to be discussed, and I don't ever intend on changing this.

With account sales, I advise you to remain cautious, as I do not have any power over you, or the other party. If you get duped, as unfortunate as it is, there is nothing I can do aside from ban a poster.

I've enabled uploading of .PDF files. I don't know why I did. Maybe somebody wants to share some of those gold making guides from 2007 or something. There's really no reason not to though, so it's there.

I also got rid of the word filter, so "Blood Elf" and "Blood Elves" no longer filter into "FAGGOT" and "FAGGOTS" respectively.
