Just started again after selling my old account in fire lands. Friend convinced me to give a shot but, has vanished two days after purchasing. Have boosted Feral druid tank. What the fuck do I do now?

You're gonna want to move into PVE or PVP. For PVE, go to the Timeless Island, there should be a quest in Shrine that starts it. On there, you can get decent gear from the mobs, and chests that spawn around the island. The whole thing is a PVP warzone, it at least it used to be and now there's still some skirmishes there, so be careful.
Once you grab some gear from there, you can start off in some of the LFR Tier 1 raids, Mogu'shan Vaults, Terrance of Endless Springs, and Heart of Fear, to get the hang of things. Move up to Throne of Thunder and Siege of Orgrimmar at your pace. You might want to rtead a little bit of the fights, but overall nobody expects competency in LFR. After that you can start Flex if you find a guild, or download an addon called OQueue that lets you find groups across servers.
If you want to start your legendary cloak questline, it's probably not too late. Head to the Tavern in the Mists, in a pass right behind Shrine of Seven Stars, or up a stairway in northern Valley of Four Winds. The questline fucking sucks, but you might as well start it and see where you can go. They've got a band-aid on right now to make it better, and they're removing the worst part next patch. Just start it right away if you can, and then go into those raids.
For PVP, I dunno. PVP is so fucked in this game now I don't know where to begin.

Once you cap on honor, head to the Serpent's Spine. Find your factions PvP vendors on that wall and buy out all the Grievous Gear you can. Rinse and repeat until you find a guild to do RBGs with, or a steady arena partner.
For practice, you can duel people outside your faction hubs. Org and Stormwind will probably net you more duelists than the Shrines.
Or you can go to Timeless Isle. On Timeless there is a Yangoul in the back that will sell you a Censer of Eternal Agony. This will allow you to censer, giving you the ability to PvP any other players on the isle excluding other censered people.
Be careful though, censering takes away 90% of your health at first, but a quick heal will get it back. You also become a large red target.

New patch will be coming out sometime in the middle of the month. New expansion launches next month. It'll be kind of dry/boring until then, but the game's gotten better since Cata. WoD looks very promising, particularly for PvP. Check out the official forums for some people to play with on your server.
