It appears complicated at first, but the learning curve is very slight.
I've already register a channel (#shtf). It's currently invite only (that can be changed), but that feature just improves on privacy and limits unwanted visitors.
Literally all you have to do, is use a web browser with something like mibbit.com, you launch the client;
Choose a nickname, pick "Rizon/rizon (webirc)" as your network. Then you send "/msg warscribe hey I an invite" it must include the slant next to "msg".
