So, hotel California by the Eagles. Is this a real thing they sing about? Does it have a more sinister meaning by it? You get into Hollywood and it traps you? I've heard that in Hollywood if you don't give homage to a "sun god" then you won't succeed, does this have something to do with it? I think the lyrics are more symbolic. I mean, it could be referring to the idea of hollywood fame, and having to be a part of the whole 'clique' that goes with it.
