Skeptics are retarded because their inquiries are satiated by incredibly vague explanations. For example, rendelsham forest was a lighthouse. Yes, a dozen army personnel approached an object and one of them touched it. This object was encountered over multiple nights and audio was taken on the second night. But yeah, a lighthouse, that had been working for many years beforehand and undoubtably seen by these men before, is a reasonable explanation.

I have no problem with people being skeptical, i have a massive problem with people who shit on things without knowing anything about it. I cant remember how many people ive asked irl to tell me about a ufo encounter in anything resembling detail and they cant speak on anything. These people then tell me the possibility of aliens is absurd.

They act like jackasses because they say they hate God because God allows the bad things happening to people in Old Testament and anti gay rights when technically they shouldn't be butthurt when those things supposedly don't exist and even then people from the past are jackasses in general. And also believing that current science can't find proof means that there is no God instead of thinking that maybe our science isn't advanced enough to make a firm decision. I have not been presented with sufficient evidence to justify a belief in the existence of any deity or deities, nor have I been presented with enough evidence to definitively say that any don't exist.

I can see myself believing in certain metaphysical interpretations of a creator or deity, but to believe in any expansive mythos surrounding supposedly historical characters for which there are no artifacts proven to be related to them by affirmation of said character or their exploits. Were I presented with the bones of Jesus, shown the chips in his bones from the nails, and stress marks on his ribs from crucifixion, I would need a lot more evidence to support his descent from heaven or rise from the dead. I'm not sure how the latter would be proven.

I would love to see exceptional logic accompanying a reason to DEUS VULT and crusade the fuck out of people, but I would love any objective direction in my life. We don't always get what we want.
