i honestly have no clue if humans are able to enter and exit parallel universes at their own will. I am sure somebody, somewhere, at some point was able, but I do not know. It seems humans "accidentally" travel on extremely rare occasions, and sometimes we are unaware that we have traveled at all because things happen to us and we usually have no idea what is going on, and no idea of where the fuck we even are? Sometimes we even know that we are not where we should be, but we choose to ignore it because thinking and questioning is offensive to the authorities and the rest of the herd.
