Save streams directly:
VSO Downloader (premium)
Internet Download Manager (premium)
rtmpdump (free, commandline)
rtmpdump + rtmpdumphelper (free, commandline + gui)
Save what appears on screen in your browser:
Bandicam (free)
Here's an older version of VSO Downloader:
m i r . c r / 1 O A 3 L D 5 2One free way is this:
Download RTMPDumpHelper and the RTMPDump toolkit. Extract both of them to the same directory. Run your web browser. Run RTMPDumpHelper. Go to Options > Add Support for Web Browser, select the EXE file of your browser that's running, click OK. Go to Options, make sure Automatically Run RTMPDump is checked, make sure Capture New RTMP Connections is checked. While the live (or past) video plays (which you can exit out of), rtmpdump will save the FLV to the directory RTMPDumpHelper is in, unless you go to Options > RTMPDump Options and specify a different folder. But it will save the FLV file without an extension so you'll need to add the .flv manually.
