What the fuck? That would really piss me off, if true. Those pictures were the most innocent boring pictures ever. Yes, they were topless (but censored), but they were just normal family photos of toddlers

It's not that the pictures are illegal, it's just when posted in that context, it gets into the shitty zone where they probably won't successfully get you, but they could harass you and possibly uncover something they actually could get you on. I said you couldn't be successfully prosecuted, but that doesn't mean you won't get unlucky and have someone take a shot at you because of it.

Alone it almost certainly won't, but with other things, if the prosecutor takes it to the right judge, or they get lucky, they might get one.

Especially because combined with other evidence they might gather, it could be claimed to not be a fantasy.

It's unlikely, just as it's unlikely for someone to come after you for simply downloading actual CP, as long as you don't share it or whore out that you have it.
