Let's imagine two alternate futures where pedos gain rights.
In Scenario 1, pedos have legal rights on paper, but are still often discriminated. Discrimination does not necessarily reach the extent of violence, but it happens on rare occasions. Standard ostracisation by normies and workplace discrimination are more frequent, however. Parents still hold much jurisdiction over their children, and often times you will have to go through them before interacting with their children. As consent is much more hazy, there is still a legal risk when having sex with children. However, strict statutory rape laws, child grooming convictions, and criminal punishments for child pornography ownership are all but gone. Many social and cultural norms generally remain the same, children are about the same as they are now.
In Scenario 2, pedophillia has been normalised so much that it is more accepted in society than LGBTs are today. It is common for children to take part in sexual activity and discuss about it. Parents have often had sexual encounters with their children at one point of their lives. The average child has lost their virginity before they are at the age where they start wearing brassieres, though some children are even raised to have sex from even younger ages. As a side affect to the social change, same-sex and inter-gender relationships have also entered the world of children.
Assume that in both scenarios, the laws are only present in first world countries(specifically the Anglosphere and developed Europe), with marginal or different changes in other cultures like in Japan or Russia, while cultural strongholds like the Middle East are unaffected.
Which scenario would you prefer, and why?
