Today I was playing with my niece (12) in the garden and it was fun.
Then we went back inside (rain) and decided to play some Minecraft.
After some time she said her feet hurts.
Turned out she had a splinter in her toe.
She was trying to get it out.
After a while I offered "a help".
I was touching her angelic feet and toes, trying to get it out.
Eventually got the splinter out.
Then I said there could be an infenction and that "saliva" helps with that.
I gave her a kiss on the toe… and for whatever reason glanced into her eyes… and in that moment she gave me for a split second look I'll never forget.
It was only a second and I was probably telling myself something more into it, but it felt absolutely amazing and it is the best feeling I've had.
