Yes, but It does bring up some interesting questions. How would they keep track of whos a teenager? What happens to the pictures obtained from sexting when the teens are adults? All those picture would count as cp wouldn't they?

The more ridiculous and specific the laws get the better as its bound to fuck someone whos not a pedophile over and force people to reevaluate what they're doing.

If any of us can, we should try our best to make these laws even more strict and excessive.

Hell no. Currently, a kid can get slapped with a felony for sending nudes to another kid, on the charge of "distributing child pornography." How fucked up is that? I honestly think that the more blasè we can be about nudity and sexuality, the better.

Yep, it will create a new status offense 'sexting' for those over 14 similar to truancy.

It is safe to assume there will be no legal action whatsoever against 13 year olds and younger for their nude selfies.
