Child pornography just means an image of a child doing something lewd. What inherent harm comes from that alone that we can say that being involved in child porn automatically makes them a victim ?

We aren't talking about sex slaves being raped by their fathers or society barging in to a child's life after finding out she/he was in porn or anything that specific. A 12 year old could take a nude of themselves and thats now child porn, are you telling me that now the 12 year old instantaneously harmed from the taking of that picture alone? If so how?
