You can't force a dog to mount you and fuck you (trust me on that; in my teenage years I tried with some neutered dogs and they just jump off and walk away if they aren't interested).

Hardly anyone ever fence-hops for dogs, simply because getting a dog only takes a couple hundred dollars and maybe $50 a month to feed. Not really, you can get some horses really dirt cheap, and they eat mostly grass, don't have to buy dry food or canned food. You don't need a full stable but a shelter against wind, rain and snow is good enough. But you need acres, hence the countryside is more appropriate. But cost of land there is also rather cheap. Hence it's not really that expensive, provided you do not just focus on race horses, you just have to accommodate your live accordingly, while a dog would easily accommodate your life style.

The problem early 20s guys have is they're growing up with facebook as the norm. Even beastforum and zoo sites influence people to be wreckless (sometimes they don't even realize). People tend to follow what everyone else is doing without thinking, other times to "prove" themselves, others just because complete exposure is the norm they know. I've had to contact people on beastforum who linked to their facebooks and furaffinity profiles (furaffinity is the furry facebook), names, faces and all.
There's another strain of young guy that's "out and proud" intentionally. A few have ended up in articles.
Old guys, the ones that haven't gotten caught and are just sociable enough, are constantly reminiscing about the 90s and the time they could do road trips to each others' houses, and invest too heavily in "trust" for the times. They're a bad influence in their way. But most of the old guys that got caught were idiots thinking with their shriveling balls and guys naturally losing inhibition and care with age.
My conclusion's been you're better off not listening to zoos for any advice, except for how to hold a knot. In most outcast groups (pedos, druggies) you can find people who are good at staying ahead, but zoos have always been behind.

A Fouke, Ark. man is facing bestiality charges for allegedly having sex with a horse.
The crime reportedly happened on Oct. 30, just after 1:00 a.m. in Miller County.
According to the arrest affidavit, a sheriff's deputy was traveling south on Miller County 70, south of Tennessee Rd., when he passed a vehicle sitting in the woods on the side of the roadway. When the deputy approached the vehicle, he found 37-year-old Ryan Danyl McDonald, lying in the back floor board.
After talking to McDonald for several minutes, deputies say McDonald admitted to telling them he was parked in the area because he wanted to "fornicate with the miniature horses that were down the road."
Deputies say McDonald then elaborated a little more, telling them he wanted to have sex with the horses.
McDonald was arrested for trespassing and taken to the Miller County Detention Center.
According to the affidavit, McDonald filled out a statement form that reads:

A Fouke man was arrested by the Miller County Sheriff’s Office last week for sexual misconduct with a miniature horse.
Ryan Danyl McDonald, 37, had been warned July 2 by deputies to stay away from the horse farm in Genoa, where he was taken into custody Oct. 30. A deputy on patrol noticed a van parked in the woods on the west side of Miller County 70 south of Tennessee Road at approximately 1:30 a.m., according to an arrest affidavit.
At first the deputy thought the van was empty, but shortly after walking around it, he noticed a man hiding in the floor of the back seat. McDonald told the deputies and officers who arrived to assist him that he had fought with his father earlier in the night and was just looking for a quiet place to think and sleep.
When confronted with the previous criminal trespass warning and several plastic bags of whole corn found in a cooler in the van, McDonald reportedly told the deputies he had been “fornicating” with the animals.

For the second time in three months, Police in Port Stanley have arrested an American man known to authorities as a bestiality advocate and former operator of an animal sex farm.
Investigators aren’t sure how 44-year-old Doug Spink managed to slip back into Canada after being deported in August, but he’s in deep legal trouble following an altercation in Port Stanley on Saturday evening.
Elgin County OPP and Central Elgin Fire were called to a house fire on Brayside Street at approximately 6:19 p.m.
Neighbours told Police when they arrived on scene that there had been a confrontation outside of the home. They claimed that the suspect was holding the owner of the house, which was now on fire, at knifepoint.
Investigators discovered that the suspect had ran down the street and broke into a nearby house. When the suspect was located, Police say he resisted arrest.
While being transported in the cruiser, Police say the suspect continued to resist, causing extensive damage to the police vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, Doug Spink has been charged with the following offenses:
Assault with a Weapon contrary to the Criminal Code.
Uttering Threats contrary to the Criminal Code.
Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose contrary to the Criminal Code.
Resisting a Police Officer contrary to the Criminal Code.

Police along with the Ontario Fire Marshalls Office are investigating the cause of the residential fire.
It was the second time Spink was arrested in Port Stanley since August, when he was brought back into custody after mistakenly being released early from the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre.
Spink was deported the following day to the United States where he’s wanted for failing to serve a 90-day sentence for animal cruelty. It’s not clear how he got back into Canada.
He is also accused of stealing a dog from a farm in Washington State, where he once operated an animal sex farm. Spink has not been formally charged in the dog’s 2014 disappearance.
Spink was arrested in 2010 at the heavily wooded compound he called “Exitpoint Stallions Limitee” near the Canadian border along with a 51-year-old tourist from Great Britain, who was accused of having sex with three dogs.
Police seized dozens of dogs and horses, as well as pet mice, some of whom were found with their tails cut off, covered in Vaseline, and had string tied around them.
Spink’s legal trouble began 15 years ago when he started smuggling drugs across the border after suffering financial hardship.
Investigators say he’s recognized as an advocate of zoophilia, which is sex between humans and animals.

A Roanoke County man convicted of two felony charges of crimes against nature for engaging in sexual acts with dogs will not serve jail time.
William Travis Stilton, 24, who pleaded no contest to posting pictures online of himself engaging in sexual acts, will have all of his prison time suspended.
Stilton, who was sentenced in Roanoke County Circuit Court on Wednesday, will pay almost $2,000 in fines and $216.08 in restitution to pay for veterinary bills incurred when the dogs were seized from his home. All of Stilton’s two-year sentence was suspended, but he will spend three years on probation.
Judge James Swanson ordered the defendant be disallowed from owning or having any unsupervised contact with any companion animals.
When Stilton pleaded no contest in front of Swanson in September, Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Ashley Sweet said the Elliston man described in “great detail” and posted “numerous pictures” on online forums about his acts with the dogs.
Stilton went by screen names of Enygma84 and Enygma888 to post pictures of himself with a border collie mix and a coon hound on an online bestiality forum. Detective Jeremy Hoffman with the Fairfax County Police Department found the posts dating back to 2011 and linked them to Stilton.
In May, Roanoke County police seized the defendant’s computer, cellphones, disposable cameras, four dogs and veterinary bills and records, according to search warrants. Stilton was later indicted by a Roanoke County grand jury.

A villager, Benjamin Sendeke, who was checking a boundary fence on his plot found Chidhani in the act.
“Chidhani attempted to run away after realising that Sendeke had seen him.
“Sendeke gave chase, caught him and took him to the owner of the donkey, Tsungirirai Nyoni,” he said.
Nyoni took Chidhani to the police leading to his arrest.

Mpigi — A 20-year-old man was arrested at the weekend and detained at Buwama Police Station on suspicion of having carnal knowledge of seven animals, including five cows and two goats.
The suspect, a resident of Bulunda village Mpigi District, was allegedly found in his neighbour's farm at around 4:30pm last Sunday mounting a pregnant cow.
Mr Godfrey Kamya, the farm manager said he reportedly found his cows and goats bleeding when he took drugs to immunise them. When he looked in another corner of the farm, the suspect was on top of one of the cows.
"I caught him trying to mount my cow. His excuse was he was getting milk for his girlfriend," Mr Kamya said.
He said he made an alarm which attracted neighbours who took Mubiru to the police. The residents asked leaders and police to take legal action against those involved in beastiality in the village.

FORT DODGE, Ia. — Fort Dodge police have arrested an 18-year-old man on charges including possessing pictures depicting bestiality.
KCCI-TV reports police charged 18-year-old Nicholas Loftus, of Fort Dodge, with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, purchase and possession of depictions of minors in sex acts as well as possession of pictures depicting bestiality.
Loftus was booked into the Webster County Jail on Tuesday and released pending his next court appearance.
A telephone number for Loftus wasn't available, and a call Wednesday to an attorney seeking comment about the charges wasn't immediately returned.
The charges stemmed from search warrants for two other men from Fort Dodge who were pulled over in Nebraska in October and found to have 30 pounds of marijuana.

A Geneva man has pleaded guilty to a bestiality charge, which prosecutors say involved sexual contact with a dog.
Geneva County District Attorney Kirke Adams said 40-year-old John Edward Medley pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor bestiality charge in front of Circuit Court Judge William Filmore.
Adams confirmed Medley received a 12-month sentence in the Geneva County Jail, which was ordered to be served through 15 consecutive weekends in jail. The sentence was ordered to begin the weekend of Friday, Jan. 8, 2016.
Medley will then be placed on two years of unsupervised probation. Adams said as part of the guilty plea the court banned Medley from owning any animals, and forbid him to regain possession of the victim in his case.
“He had sexual contact with the dog, but no actual intercourse,” Adams said. “There was no evidence he ever had sex with the dog.”
Geneva police originally arrested Medley in June on an animal cruelty charge. But deputies with the Geneva County Sheriff’s Office later served him with a misdemeanor warrant charging him with bestiality.
Law enforcement initially charged Medley with having sex with “Buster,” his wife’s dog, after he believed she was paying the dog more attention than him. Adams said Buster, a Shih Tzu, was not injured as a result of the bestiality offense.
Adams later learned the offense actually only involved sexual contact with the dog, which he said still fit the Alabama bestiality law.
The complaining witness who made the report to Geneva police was in court on Monday, and sat next to Medley during the court hearing.
Adams said Buster now lives with relatives in the Dothan area. He also said Medley will not have to register as a convicted sex offender.
Records show Medley was also ordered to pay a $250 fine, a $50 victim’s compensation fee and a bail bond fee of $250. Adams said there was no restitution in the case because the dog was not taken to a local veterinarian for treatment to any injuries.

A FIREMAN on trial for downloading indecent images of children is blaming his ex-lover for using his computer account to look at the photos.
James Tompkins, 35, denies being responsible for the vile pictures found on a MacBook he shared with his former boyfriend.
However, the prosecution say searches for illegal material were made from their home in Northallerton while his 23-year-old boyfriend was 30 miles away in York where he worked as a salesman.

Tompkins's former boyfriend, who now lives in Darlington, was forced to deny a series of allegations about his sexual preferences put by defence lawyer David Comb.

Prosecutor Louise Reevell said at the times of some of the searches, the user was also looking at Mr Tompkins's National Lottery and Tesco accounts.

His former partner sighed and seemed exasperated at some of the questioning he faced in the witness box, when quizzed about his sexual tendencies.
He said he had accidentally clicked a link to a site showing a 12-year-old having sex with a woman, and said: "I'm not interested in that sort of thing."
Mr Comb said: "I'm suggesting you have a particular interest in images of male children and that's the reason you clicked on a story about a 12-year-old."
He replied: "Not at all, no."
The court heard that he was arrested and questioned at the same time as Mr Tompkins just before Christmas in 2013, but was released without charge.
Mr Comb put it to Mr Tompkins's ex-boyfriend: "He had never indicated to you that he had any sexual interest in children." The witness replied: "No."

ST. THOMAS - Former American bestiality tourism-farm owner Doug Spink, a fugitive accidentally released from London’s provincial jail this summer, has an explanation for everything.
Standing in the court prisoner’s box here, as his latest antics caught up with him, he admitted how he acted in a Port Stanley rampage last month “was wrong, especially my behaviour with the police.”
But there was a reason, he insisted.
For months, he said, he’d been “in treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder” sparked by “several incidents of police brutality in the (United) States.”
It was a new twist in the headline-grabbing life of the Washington state man, a convicted drug smuggler, enthusiastic zoophile and American fugitive.
Led into court in handcuffs, the 44-year-old pleaded guilty to five charges, including assault with a weapon, mischief, unlawfully being in a house and two counts of resisting arrest.
He was sentenced to 150 days in jail. With time spent in pre-trial custody, he has three months and change to serve.
Spink made headlines last summer when he was let go from London’s Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre a day early, before he was to be booted back to the U.S., where a 90-day sentence awaits him for animal cruelty.
While well known to authorities in Washington, Spink first popped up in London in August, at a south-end business, ranting and raving about an extortion plot before giving police a false name.
With him was a large dog that may or may not have been Ghengis, a missing Boerboel-Kangal mix that disappeared from a Washington farm in 2014. The dog has never been found.
After Spink was re-arrested in Port Stanley a day after his premature EMDC release, he was sent back across the border to New York state. He popped up again Nov. 14 at the same Port Stanley address, this time after a bizarre night of violence.
Assistant Crown attorney Stephanie Venne, recalling the facts of the case, told Justice Michael O’Dea that police were called to the area.
They were called after a neighbour saw a fire at the home of Ronald Matuchek. Her husband had gone to investigate because he heard voices, but she’d told him to get away from the danger.
The woman went to the side of Matuschek’s home and heard someone say down the road “we are out.”
Then, she saw Spink who had Matuschek in a restraint with his arms around him.
“Get back, I have a knife. You come any closer, you’re dead,” Spink said.
The woman never saw a knife but heeded his words. She tried to calm Spink down and he repeated the threat.
Then he released Matuschek and took off.
She saw Spink go to another residence, break down the front door using his right shoulder, walk in and then come out. He yelled as he walked down the road.
The police arrived and Spink acted “bizarre,” as if he was under a drug’s influence, Venne said.
He was told he was under arrest and the officers pulled out their Tasers.
Police found a knife in a sheath in Spink’s back pants pocket.
Spink was handcuffed but began to resist. He tried to trip one officer.
“Call the cops. Call the OPP,” he yelled.

He was uncooperative, Venne said, and tried to stop the arrest by pushing his legs on the police cruiser and not budging. He was eventually grounded, where he began bucking and pushing away.
The violence continued as the officers got Spink into the cruiser, Venne said. He smashed out both backseat side windows and bent the cruiser’s radar antenna. On the way to the St. Thomas hospital, Spink kicked the rear door and smashed his head on the Plexiglass at least 10 times.
He wouldn’t get out of the cruiser at the hospital and it took seven officers to drag him in, where he was restrained on a hospital bed.
All the while, he was shouting and “disturbing other patients and staff,” Venne said.
His lawyer, Michael Barry, who sought 60 to 90 days in jail for his client, told O’Dea that Matuschek told police Spink never held the knife to him and only had his fist up.
Matuschek declared he wouldn’t make a police statement or testify, and told police he only had scratches from the incident. He asked the court to order Spink to stay away from him and his family after years together.
Barry said Spink was trying to get help when he broke down the neighbour’s door and wanted to call 911.
He has no Canadian record, and the only U.S. conviction presented to the judge was the 90 days for animal cruelty, characterized by Barry as “allow(ing) another person on his property to commit a cruel act to an animal.”
“He’s a repeat offender,” Barry said. “One prior incident does not a propensity make.”
Media reports from Washington state, not given in court, depicted the incident as a British national abusing a dog at Spink’s farm that Spink had held out as a bestiality tourism destination online.
Also not reported to the court was Spink’s 2005 (US?) conviction for smuggling 170 kilograms of cocaine between Canada and the U.S, which landed him in prison for three years and under a release order for another three years.
Venne asked for six to nine months in jail, calling the night “an extremely dangerous situation.”
Spink said it’s all explained “by my terror of being attacked and crippled again by police.”
The dust-ups with police injured his knee, he said.
He also has “a pathological fear of fire” from childhood, and was trying to hold his friend, Matuschek, back from going into his burning house, he said.
“When the police arrested me, I panicked,” he said. “I couldn’t control my actions. I tried my best not to hurt anyone.
He told the judge he commended the OPP, who “were not as brutal to me as (police) were in the States.”
Spink never mentioned any connection to aboriginal status he once claimed in an earlier court appearance.
After his arrest, Spink had told the court he should be considered for a special court dealing with native cases because he’s a registered Metis.
In sentencing, O’Dea said “there was far more to Mr. Spink that evening than the court has been told,” adding Spink will be sent back to the U.S.
Spink faces an immigration hearing in St. Thomas on Jan. 5.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is used to handling rare cases, but this one still came as a shock.
The hospital’s departments of Psychiatry and Forensic Medicine are treating a case of bestiality where a teenager was involved in brutal sexual activity with calves.
This is the second such case in the last two years.
Bestiality is a sexual offence in which an animal is used as a medium to satisfy sexual desire.
The 18-year-old man accused of bestiality comes from a dairy farm near South Delhi. He was brought to the hospital by his parents, who were seeking treatment for his behaviour.

The doctors said the case is similar to another incident reported last year, which involved a man who had sex with two calves. The case was published in a medical journal.
“He had committed sexual intercourse with two calves and one calf died during the act. Human DNA was detected from the anal and vaginal swabs of calves in a forensic science laboratory which confirmed the allegation. The patient had not shown any feeling of guilt or remorse associated with the death of a calf and admitted to the heterosexual practice,” said Dr Sujata Satapathy, who handles such cases at AIIMS' Department of Psychiatry.
“Bestiality is a punishable offence as per Indian legal system (Section 377 of the IPC). We tried to treat the teenager, but he ran away and never came back. His family lived in an unhygienic conditions in a location where dairy farms operate.
"Moreover, we are concerned because a person who had engaged in childhood bestiality is more likely to commit adult interpersonal crimes and this should be taken as a warning sign by society,” she said.
The case has also been published in the recent issue of Indian Journal of Community Medicine.
Doctors claim that upbringing, personal experiences and family background affect the personality of a person during growth.
The patient in question was a victim of sexual abuse when aged 10-11, and witnessed domestic violence as his father and brother allegedly beat their wives. He also lost his mother at the age of 13, and began drinking alcohol at 16, Dr Satapathy explained.
Doctors found that the teen often visited internet cafes to watch pornographic content.
“Sexual abuse during childhood and exposure to various online pornography websites involving bestiality could have strongly affected his psycho-socio-sexual and personality development. Repeated sexual abuse in a pre-pubertal stage could have been the culprit for the patient’s internalised aggressive behaviour, which in turn might have resulted in the patient adopting a displacement defence mechanism by displacing his internal anger towards animals. This, in turn, could have resulted in the forceful sexual imposition and committing injuries to the calves to such an extent,” said Dr Satapathy.

A man from Inyathi who was caught having sex with a donkey stunned the gallery when he said it was better than raping a human being. Bhekimpilo Ngwenya, 20, of Sikhuni Village told the court he committed the crime because he had no girlfriend, after rejections by numerous women. He allegedly went on the run for two months after committing the offence.
A minor allegedly caught Ngwenya red handed having sex with the donkey in a bush sometime in September.
The court heard that Ngwenya had tied the domestic animal to a tree before mounting it from the back.
Ngwenya pleaded guilty to bestiality when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Steven Ndlovu on circuit at Inyathi court on Monday.
The magistrate remanded him in custody to December 28 for sentencing.
When asked why he committed the offence Ngwenya told the court that he has no girlfriend and that pushed him to have sex with the donkey.
“I resorted to having sexual intercourse with the donkey to quench my sexual appetite because I don’t have a girlfriend. I have proposed love to several women but I always get rejected,” he said sending the gallery into laughter.
Prosecuting, Lungisani Dube told the court that on September 26, Ngwenya found a female donkey grazing in a field.
“The accused who was alone found a female donkey in the fields. He tied a rope around its neck before tying it to a nearby Mopani tree,” the prosecutor said.
A 14-year-old boy who was passing by noticed that somebody was making some movements on a stationary donkey and went closer to investigate upon which he discovered it was Ngwenya having sex with the animal.
“The accused ran away after realising that the boy had seen him. He went into hiding and villagers reported the case at Inyathi Police Station on October 1,” Dube said.

Oklahoma City police arrested a man on Christmas Eve after he was allegedly caught having sex with a goat.
Darryl Gene Scoggin, 53, was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with one count of committing a crime against nature, first reported KOKH, a local Fox affiliate.
Authorities arrived at a Oklahoma City farm at around 10:30 p.m. that evening after receiving a 911 call. Once on the scene, a witness told them he had spotted a man later identified as Scoggin on surveillance video with his pants around his ankles, holding down a goat and “obviously having sexual intercourse with the goat.” The witness told investigators he then grabbed a firearm and bolted towards the barn, then chased the suspect down after a brief pursuit and held him at gunpoint until he could be brought into custody.
When police scoured the scene of the supposed crime for clues, the recovered a jacket allegedly belonging to Scoggin in the goat pen with a bottle of vodka in the pocket.
“The reporting party told police this is not the first time this has happened to their goats,” the station reported.
Police documents seen by The Washington Times suggest Scoggin was formally booked on Christmas morning on one count of a crimes against nature. He had previously served more than 15 years for a string of burglaries and was on probation at the time of the Christmas Eve incident for a previous conviction related to assaulting a medical provider.
One of Scoggin’s nicknames, according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, is “Cowboy.” He had not previously been charged in Oklahoma with having sex with an animal. First time bestiality offenders face no more than 10 years in state custody.

Sheriff arrests one for bestiality
A Phil Campbell man was arrested and charged with four counts of bestiality Monday.
Sheriff Shannon Oliver said his office “received information someone had overheard him and his dog.” Investigators interviewed the suspect, and he admitted to intercourse with the dog.
Russell Joseph Meyers, 54, of Highway 143 in Phil Campbell, was also charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Meyers is reportedly a Chicago native who, Oliver said, said he ended up in Phil Campbell after his work with traveling circuses.
Bond hearing for Meyers was held Tuesday, and bond was set at $6,000 for six charges. Bestiality is a Class A misdemeanor, district attorney Joey Rushing said.
“We’re treating this … as it involved a sexual motivation to the crime,” Rushing said. “If proven, he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.”
Bestiality is not on the books as a sexual crime, but Rushing said they were able to file notice that will allow him to prosecute it that way. As part of the bond requirement, Meyers cannot possess animals or firearms until case is resolved.

A former vet who was struck off after being filmed having sex with a horse and a dog has been jailed for possessing images of bestiality.
Oliver Lown, 29, of Main Road, Kesgrave near Ipswich, admitted seven counts of having extreme images of dogs and horses which were "grossly offensive, disgusting or obscene".

He was jailed for 24 weeks by magistrates in Ipswich.
The court heard Suffolk Police were called to Lown's home - a converted garage at his parents' house - following an assault allegation by his now ex-girlfriend.
Officers took no further action over the claim, but they did confiscate computer equipment and found seven videos featuring bestiality.
Lown had a previous conviction for possessing similar images featuring animals for which he was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge by Northallerton magistrates in North Yorkshire in 2012.
Ipswich magistrates court heard he trained as a vet in Hungary and qualified in 2013.
He was struck off the UK professional register last year by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) following a disciplinary hearing into his previous offences.
Sentencing at Ipswich magistrates, Celia Dawson, JP, said pre-sentence reports showed Lown had a "lack of remorse" and had tried to justify his offences.
His defence solicitor said he would be appealing against his sentence.

Farmhand Gideon D Swartzentruber pleaded guilty to having "sexual gratification with an animal", according to court records. The 20-year-old was working in a Neillsville barn when the incident happened.
"He said that he kind of touched the donkey and was playing around being crazy," according to a detective.
When asked why he had intercourse with the donkey, Swartzentruber said his "privates were out of control" and that he "got crazy and carried away," according to Marshfield Herald News.
The Winsonsin man said he had not harmed the donkey and claimed that it was the first time he had done anything like this before. He was caught in the act by the animal's owner, who reported him to the police and then sacked Swartzentruber.
Clark County Circuit Judge Jon Counsell put Swartzentruber on probation, ordered him to pay $443 (£300, €408) and have therapy. But on Wednesday 30 December, the farmhand pleaded with the judge to put him in jail, resulting in Counsell sentencing him to 30 days.
Clark County Assistant District Attorney Kerra Stumbris, who prosecuted the case, told News-Herald Media that Swartzentruber did not say in open court why he asked for jail time. He represented himself in court and has gone without an attorney since being charged.
Bestiality — also known as zoophilia — is a felony in 16 US states, including Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia. Scott Heiser, an attorney with the Animal Legal Defence Fund, a California-based organisation that fights to protect animals through the legal system, said the lack of bestiality laws in states without them is down to a lack of awareness.
"I can't imagine that there are (legislators) out there who say as a policy we should be engaging in sexual acts with animals," he told Watchdog.org. "I think a lot of lawmakers think their animal cruelty laws cover this act, but in some states that's not the case."

AN Inyathi man who was caught having sex with a donkey and justfied his action by saying he did not have a girlfriend to bed has been sentenced to 12 months in prison.
Bhekimpilo Ngwenya, 20, of Sikhuni Village was convicted on his own plea of guilty to bestiality.
Bulawayo magistrate Stephen Ndlovu on circuit at Inyathi court sentenced Ngwenya to 12 months in prison.
Four months of the sentence were suspended for five years on condition he does not commit a similar offence within that period.
The magistrate said Ngwenya degraded himself and his family by having sex with a donkey.
“What you did is unimaginable. You’re a disgrace to your family and the whole community and such behaviour makes you deserve to be in solitary confinement,” said Ndlovu.
When asked why he committed the offence, Ngwenya told the court that he had no girlfriend and that pushed him to have sex with the animal.
“I resorted to having sexual intercourse with the donkey to quench my sexual appetite because I don’t have a girlfriend. I’ve proposed love to several women but I always get rejected,” said Ngwenya.
Prosecuting, Lungisani Dube, told the court that on September 26, Ngwenya found a female donkey grazing in a field.
“The accused who was alone found a female donkey in the fields. He tied a rope around its neck before tying it to a nearby Mopani tree and mounted it,” the prosecutor said.
“A 14-year-old boy who was passing-by noticed that somebody was making some movements on a stationary donkey and went closer to investigate only to discover it was Ngwenya having sex with the animal.
“The accused ran away after realising that the boy had seen him. He went into hiding and villagers reported the case at Inyathi Police Station leading to his arrest,” Dube said.

An Erith man who sold illegally imported monkey heads, among other primate body parts, has been given a suspended 14-month sentence.
63-year-old George Bush, Riverdale Road, Erith also owned images of bestiality and attempted to deal in specimens of several different endangered species.
He had pleaded guilty to offering to sell specimens of an endangered species, including:

An animal shelter volunteer was found with a vile haul of beastiality porn after an email link was discovered by sanctuary staff.
Mark Findlater was found with hundreds of sickening images and videos depicting disturbing acts between adults and dogs, cows, pigs and horses.
Officers raided his rural home near Forfarin in Angus when horrified staff found the bestiality website on his work email and reported it to police.
They recovered over 1,000 images and 400 videos of adult males and females involved in sexual acts with animals from a host of devices at Findlater’s cottage.
A criminal justice report is now being prepared before the 28-year-old offender is sentenced next month after he admitted possessing the material over more than two and a half years.
Depute fiscal Robbie Brown told the court Findlater had been a volunteer at a local animal sanctuary but there had been some difficulty when he left over an accident which occurred there.
“Checks were being made on his email that he was using at work and one of those turned up a link to a bestiality website,” said Mr Brown.
“As a consequence police became involved and that is where this matter comes from.
“A search warrant was obtained, officers attended at the accused’s house and a number of items were found and examined.
“It is fair to say that the accused was fairly co-operative with the police when he was dealt with.”
Mr Brown detailed the content of a range of items including a laptop, DVD discs, USB devices and a hard drive.
The material covered over 1,000 images and 400 videos of adult males and females involving permutations of sexual acts involving horses, dogs, pigs and cows, the court was told.
Findlater, of Mains of Coul Cottages, Forfar admitted the indictment charge of possessing the extreme pornographic material at his home address between March 2011 and November 2013.
A motion for forfeiture of the items seized was granted by Sheriff Pino Di Emidio.
Solicitor Lynne Sturrock said Findlater had no previous convictions and was aware that the matter would have to be deferred for the preparation of a criminal justice report.
Defence submissions were reserved for when the accused returns to court on February 11.
Sheriff Di Emidio said: “I will defer sentence on the basis that all sentencing options remain open to the court.”

Once again, deputies from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office have busted someone who went to Craigslist looking for sex with an animal.
This time, a 22-year-old Phoenix man went to the "Missed Connections" section of Craigslist seeking a male horse "on which to commit the act of fellatio," according to the MCSO.
The ad on Craigslist, which is still active at the time of this post, was listed on April 8, and states:
I am 22 years old and I want to play with a male Horse. simple as that. If you have access to a Male horse, and can allow me access to a male horse, then contact me please ;) I will do something in return.
Detectives were able to identify the poster as 22-year-old Donald Waelde, according to MCSO.
Another Craigslist visitor, who had a "genuine interest in horses," contacted the MCSO out of disgust, according to the Sheriff's Office.
According to an MCSO spokesman, "In the undercover investigation, Sheriff's deputies contacted the suspect and engaged Waelde in conversation where the suspect stated the sex act he wished to perform on the horse and agreed to meet the undercover detective on Tuesday."
The detective actually went to the meeting place in Anthem with a horse, borrowing one from the MCSO's Mounted Posse.
Waelde was immediately arrested after showing up to the meeting place, and the Sheriff's Office says he admitted to placing the ad and "stated his intentions to consummate the act."
MCSO deputies also served a search warrant at Waelde's Phoenix home.This is MCSO's fourth such bestiality bust stemming from a Craigslist posting since 2011. The other three cases each involved dogs.

Euan Hills was found with 30 “explicit and realistic” videos and 40 pictures showing the “extreme” acts when police raided his home.
Stirling Sheriff Court was told that the married father-of-one downloaded the material from the internet during drinking sessions.
Prosecutor Rory Ferguson said: “The facts are relatively simple. The accused’s computer was analysed and on it were found images of extreme pornography.”
Hills, who worked at the 12,000-acre Glen Finglas estate near Brig o’ Turk in the Trossachs, pleaded guilty to possessing extreme porn between 2012 and 2015.
The court heard the 50-year-old, of Julia Cottages, Callander, had attended sessions with internet-offender treatment organisations, and his doctor had provided “certain assistance”.
Sheriff William Gilchrist placed him under supervision for 12 months. Hills’ pleas of not guilty to two other charges of downloading and possessing child abuse images were accepted and he was not placed on the sex offenders register.
He has resigned from his job.

ABINGDON, Va.—A jury will hear a bestiality case during a three-day trial beginning in May in Washington County.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Joshua Cumbow said Thursday that the case against James Michael Foran, 48, will be heard beginning May 31. The case was scheduled to begin Monday, but was only set for a one-day trial.
Cumbow said a three-day trial is necessary to give the prosecution and defense enough time to try the case. A number of witnesses are expected to provide testimony, he added.
A hearing was held Thursday on a motion from the defense. Cumbow said the defense is asking that DNA evidence be thrown out. The judge heard from the prosecution, which wants the DNA evidence to be used during the trial, and defense.
Foran, who remains in jail, was arrested in November 2014 on a charge of bestiality after the Washington County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a sexual assault of a dog, named Addie, that reportedly occurred on July 18, 2014.
The investigation began when the owner, John Shull, reported that he thought his dog had been sexually assaulted. Shull has since died and his wife continues to fight for the dog.
DNA samples were taken from the dog and Foran, who was doing some work for Shull at his home on Wallace Pike. The samples tested at the Virginia Department of Forensic Science were a match, investigators said.
Foran is listed on the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry due to a conviction in 1997 of criminal attempt to commit aggravated sexual battery.

On July 12, 2015, Michael Crawford, 68, arrived at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix after traveling 2,000 miles to meet with a horse owner he had contacted on the internet.
He was promptly arrested by undercover sheriff’s deputies.
What this man in the sunset of his life did not know was that he had attracted the attention of Maricopa Sheriff Office’s Animal Crimes detectives back in October 2014.
Crawford had placed an ad on the internet soliciting horse owners to use their horses for his tainted pleasure involving sex crimes against animals.
Detectives during this period engaged in exchanges of e-mails and phone conversations, during which Crawford spelled out his twisted likes and intentions. Thereby, detectives were able to build a solid case and had a clear picture of what the intent of this man was.
Crawford was under the impression he was going to meet the horse owner (who in fact was an undercover officer) who would permit him to engage in perverted sex acts with the animal.
The detectives had learned that Crawford had been abusing horses for years as they concluded by the man’s statement that he had been engaged in acts of bestiality since 1970.
He travelled to numerous cities around the country while connecting with other deviant owners of horses and ponies who were willing to give him access to their animals.
The depraved man made sure that when he left Pennsylvania, he brought five shirts, hoping to get the horse(s) to urinate on the garments, as he was planning to mail the shirts back home for arousal purposes in the future.
After landing, and meeting the undercover officers at the airport, Crawford was taken to a trailer and was shown two ponies, confirming his vile intentions.
Consequentially, he was arrested and booked in the Fourth Avenue Jail.
On January 14, 2016 Judge Adleman of Maricopa County Superior Court sentenced Crawford to 18 months of supervised probation for one count of conspiracy to commit bestiality.
Originally, Crawford had been charged with bestiality, a Class 6 felony.
Animal advocates were disappointed as they were hoping for a far less lenient sentencing; a penalty that would never allow this man to ever be near any animal for the rest of his life.
The public must demand that law enforcement take seriously such disgusting crimes and investigate them with all resources available bringing such deviants to justice with public scorn and humiliation. Animal sex abusers such as Michael Crawford should be placed on an animal sex registry, never to be allowed around ANY animal for the rest of their natural lives.
Animals found in such toxic environments must be removed immediately and given a chance to find a caring permanent refuge.

After reading about the Crawford case, it brought back haunting memories of another nauseating case involving another loathsome individual. This time it involved a young man in Britain.
In July 2014, videos revealed him exploiting a horse and a dog for sexual gratification.
The videos were discovered in the home of a Veterinarian; an individual to treat disease, disorder or injury in animals. One who essentially is there to provide care and assistance in aiding sentient creatures.
This dishonorable human, named Oliver Fraser Lown, from the Ipswich area betrayed his vocation, with videos showing the “doctor” having appalling sex acts with animals. His laptop and mobile phone captured the sick activities of this man involved in crimes against nature.
Finally last year, he admitted to the seven charges at Northallerton and Richmond Magistrates’ Court in Yorkshire.
When the hearing was held, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) held a charge of bestiality against this depraved DVM, and removed him from the veterinarian registry.
Professor Noreen Burrows, Chair of this committee, stated “The material found in possession
of the respondent and his own conduct…involved the abuse of animals and a total lack of respect for their welfare. In the judgment of the committee, each of the charges individually amounts to disgraceful conduct and the charges certainly amount to disgraceful conduct when taken cumulatively.”
There will forever be a question mark in the mind of his former clients and the fate of their animal companions left in his care, especially if Lown may have asked his clients to leave the pet at the hospital because there is a need for another test and it is necessary to monitor your animal here.
Sexual abuse of animals has always been difficult to prosecute, as these acts of trespassing ethical boundaries are usually conducted in places where there is no witness.
These disturbed individuals conduct themselves underground, seeking others on the internet.
Such troubling acts necessitate more than a misdemeanor and a slap on the wrist.
The current penalties are not adequate for crimes committed against an animal that cannot comprehend what is happening.
I do not like to write about these horrific stories nor do you enjoy reading them but I will continue to be a voice for the unspoken until there is justice and an end to such wicked acts.

Middelburg - Police have arrested a 17-year old boy for allegedly sleeping with a dog in Doornkop near Middelburg on Saturday.
"The boy, who was visiting at his girlfriend's home, was found by neighbours in bed. He was fast asleep with a condom still on his penis and the dog was lying dead next to him," Middelburg police spokesperson, Captain Khanyisile Zwane said in a statement.
After he was discovered the police and the SPCA were called to the scene.

He was found asleep, still wearing a condom.
A 17-year-old boy who was arrested for allegedly raping a dog in Doornkop, Mpumalanga, briefly appeared in the Middelburg Magistrates’ Court today.
Middelburg police spokesperson Captain Kanyisile Zwane said the boy was visiting his girlfriend at the weekend when the alleged incident occurred.
Zwane added neighbours told police they discovered the boy asleep, still wearing a condom. The lifeless body of the four-month-old dog was found next to him, Middleburg Observer reported.
“Police gave the carcass of the dog to the SPCA personnel who then took it to veterinarian Dr Charmaine van der Linde for a post-mortem,” said Zwane.
The condom has since been sent to the police’s forensics department for DNA testing.
Senior Inspector Petro Oberholzer conducted tests on the blood found on the condom. Oberholzer said she would oppose bail for the suspect.
A prosecutor who asked to remain anonymous said the state would be apposing bail.
“There was a preliminary inquiry early today but they were still waiting for the social workers, before the case could go to court,” said the prosecutor.
The suspect is facing charges under the Animal Protection Act, which include bestiality and torturing of an animal.
In a separate incident, a 56-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping his neighbour’s dog and offering him R100 as compensation in Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria, last year.
Police spokesperson Constable Herman Moremi said Piet Maluleka was released on warning after his court appearance. He was charged with bestiality.
The neighbour, Lewis Shongwe, said he noticed his dog would slip into Maluleka’s yard and would return in the morning.
“I knocked on his door and when he opened, I saw my dog in his house. After confronting him outside, he confessed that he had been sleeping with the dog to relieve himself,” Shongwe said.

A 15- year old boy, Miracle Oluebube Nweke, who according to reports was recently caught by a friend while he was allegedly having sex with a sheep, has confessed he enjoys the act.
The teenager who is alleged to be a member of Assemblies of God Church in Nnewichi-Nnewi, Anambra state, was arrested after his friend reportedly raised the alarm after he was caught in the act. He, on apprehension, explained to MetroNaija why he is engaged in zoophilia and bestiality.
Nweke, a native of Eziagu in Enugu state, confessed that he had been engaging in sodomy for a while but was never caught.

“Whenever I get any sheep of my choice, I untie it from the spot where the owner has left it and take the sheep to a secluded uncompleted building and have sex with it. A man allegedly caught having sex with a goat in a maize plantation in Thika was remanded after failing to raise Sh100,000 cash bail.
Cleophas Onyango, a 24 year-old mechanic based in the town, was accused of committing the offence in Witeithie village on January 21.
He denied the charge before Thika chief magistrate Loise Karingoi on Tuesday but a veterinary officer who examined the goat found indications of a sexual act.
Onyango had been granted a surety of the same amount for allegedly committing the unnatural act contrary to section 162(b) of the penal code.
Shock and disbelief swept a packed courtroom while the charges against Onyango were read to him.
The court heard that goat owner John Kamau had left a herd tethered but found one missing when he returned in the evening.

A Hillsboro woman is facing a fifth-degree felony after reportedly sharing media that allegedly shows a dog and herself engaged in sexual activity.
An affidavit filed with the Hillsboro Municipal Court states that a detective with the Criminal Investigations Bureau at the Fairfax County Virginia Police Department contacted the Hillsboro Police Department last week.
The detective reported he had been reviewing a website in an attempt to identify “individuals who are sexually abusing animals and distributing obscene materials,” according to the affidavit.
One of the advertisements was reportedly entitled: “Female Home-Made Bestiality Pictures and Movies,” as stated in the affidavit.
The affidavit adds that the detective then located a thread created by a user on June 14 which was titled “Pups Love Toys, I love playing with my toys and pup.”
The detective further reports that the thread contained a video of “a young, white and brown canine” engaged in an act with a woman involving sexual contact.
The affidavit adds that the Virginia detective was able to identify the suspect as Amanda L. Cassner, 31, by using Facebook and a profile found on the Beast Forum.
All information, as well as the video, was forwarded to HPD for evidence. The affidavit states that “it was found that the state of Ohio has no bestiality laws at this time but posting the video online does fall under pandering obscenity.”
Last Wednesday, an HPD officer went to Cassner’s residence, where he reportedly found both her and her dog outside. The affidavit states that he explained why he was there, and they arranged a time to speak at the police department the following day.
On Thursday, Cassner reportedly came to the department. After being advised of her Miranda rights, she spoke with the officer and allegedly “admitted to making the video of her dog … and posting it to the Beast Forum online,” according to the affidavit.
She also allegedly “stated she was not aware that it was illegal in the State of Ohio,” the affidavit adds.
Cassner was charged with fifth-degree felony pandering obscenity. She appeared on that charge in the municipal court on Monday.

After issuing a search warrant, investigator Kyle Baker of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office found several videos of dogs performing sexual acts, including intercourse, on women in Brenda and Robert Mettler’s home.
When interviewed by police, Mrs. Mettler admitted that she and her husband had made a video of their white boxer performing oral sex on her, but that the video had been made quite a long time ago. The 42-year-old woman insisted that the act was a “one-time deal” and that the dog had passed away. Mrs. Mettler also noted that she had no idea her husband had shared the video online.
After being questioned by authorities, Mr. Mettler admitted that it was a fantasy of his to watch dogs have sex with women. He noted that he was not aware the video had been uploaded to the Internet, and argued that his account must have been hacked.
Investigators later matched the footage found on Mr. Mettler’s phone with a clip discovered on a bestiality forum.
The couple was charged with crimes against nature/sodomy, cruelty to animals and distributing obscene material. They were released from jail on Friday after posting $60,000 bail.

Italian police are investigating a case of alleged animal mistreatment and zoophilia after witnesses and animal rights groups reported seeing a shepherd sexually abuse a female donkey tied to a pole in Rome's Caffarella park.
A video showing an alleged assault was posted online and uploaded to YouTube by Italian animal rights association, Animalisti Italiani.
“Police called me yesterday to tell me they have intervened following our reports and are investigating the sexual abuse suffered by the poor donkey,” Animalisti Italiani vice president Pier Paolo Cirillo told Rome-based daily, Il Messaggero.
The alleged offender is a middle-aged man who kept a flock of sheep in the park. He is reported to have made and sold cheese products from their milk at premises inside the park.
His business activities are now being investigated by fiscal and sanitation authorities.
To date, none of the animals belonging to the man have been sequestered by the police but Animalisti Italiani has offered to give the donkey a new home.
“We have told the police we could send it to one of our animal oases where many animals that have been saved from various situations live,” Crillo added.
Laws governing zoophilia vary around the world. Denmark only recently made it illegal and it is still legal in other European countries such as Finland and Romania.
While Italy has no specific laws against zoophilia, Italy's top court has ruled against it in the past. In 2012 the Court of Cassation sentenced a man to six months in jail for forcing his dogs to have sex with women.

A woman in the US state of Florida has made a public plea to the suspect she believes sexually assaulted three of her goats.
Sharon Cruz-Pecina from the panhandle town of Caryville says the man in question was charged in 2014 with engaging in sexual activity with an animal and she knows it’s him this time as well.
"Please leave my goats alone," Cruz-Pecina told WJHG News. "Please repent, please turn yourself in."
Cruz-Pecina says she has photographic evidence that the goats were assaulted, and had a rape kit done on one of the animals.
Her neighbors also saw the man "lingering" near her home.
"He's been attacking them and raping them," she said. "I'm not jumping to conclusions."
"There is numerous people within the mile, two miles of this guy's home who've had problems of him attacking their goats," she added.
Video surveillance has been set up by Cruz-Pecina’s home, but no footage of the man has been recorded.
"He seems very elusive," Cruz-Pecina said.
Local police have launched an investigation into Cruz-Pecina’s claims, but she feels the authorities are not giving the case enough of their time.
"I have had the officers out here a few times, I just didn't call [again] because I didn't think like they were taking me serious," she explained.
Bestiality is classed as a misdemeanor in Florida, although it took lawmakers three attempts to push the law through, having first failed to make it a felony in 2008.

Rachel, a pet goat belonging to Baker resident Susan Matuska, died Monday.
Matuska believes the death was a direct result of a late November sexual attack on the animal by a man.
“It was quite obvious. She was covered in blood,” Matuska said. “A veterinarian came out and found evidence of rape.”
It was not clear to the veterinarian what had been used to penetrate the 7-year-old animal.
Deputies were called to Matuska’s home on Dad’s Road near Baker, but the case has been closed.
A forensic test conducted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement failed to locate semen “and there was no other evidence to support the claim” of rape, said Michele Nicholson, spokesperson for the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The lab report came to the Sheriff’s Office in late January, Nicholson said. Matuska was informed Thursday of the negative test results.
Matuska said Rachel was one of eight goats she kept as pets.
“She was the craziest,” she said.
Since the attack Matuska has spent $4,000 to install a security system to protect the rest of her animals.

A Prineville man has been convicted and sentenced on charges related to abusing and killing calves after he pleaded no contest in Crook County Circuit Court last week.
Ronald Livermore, 67, will spend three years in prison as part of his plea deal. He was ordered to pay more than $3,000 in restitution to the Prineville rancher who lost the calves.
Livermore was also convicted on illegally possessing a gun silencer and felon in possession of a firearm.
As part of his deal, animal sex abuse charges were dropped, according to Deputy District Attorney Matt Reiner, who added that under Oregon law, aggravated animal abuse convictions carry stiffer penalties than those of animal sex abuse.
Dozens of other counts related to possessing silencers also were dropped.
Shortly after Livermore's December arrest, Crook County deputies told NewsChannel 21 Livermore's apparent motive for killing the calves was to have sex with them.
Livermore spent a year in prison after he was convicted of a similar crime in 2008. In that case, he pleaded guilty to fatally shooting and wasting deer using an unregistered silencer. Animal sex abuse charges also were dropped in that case.
After he is released from prison, Livermore will spend three years on parole.

A THIRTY-NINE-year-old man of Choma has been sentenced to five years imprisonment with hard labour by the Choma magistrates’ court after he was found guilty of having sex with a dog.
Muchona Munkombwe, who pleaded guilty to having sex with a dog on January 23, 2016, said he was just tempted to commit the act.
Appearing before Magistrate Mbololwa Mukela yesterday, Munkombwe told the court that he did not have any lawful authority to have had canal knowledge of a dog.
On the day of the incident, Munkombwe was found kneeling and shaking as he held on to the dog around 02:00 hours by the complainant Elina Phiri who owns the dog.
Upon noticing what was happening, Ms Phiri who was in a state of shock called neighbours who later apprehend Munkombwe before he attempted to bolt.
But the neighbours followed and apprehended him as he pleaded with them saying he did not know what ‘entered’ him.
He was later taken to Choma Central Police where a medical report was issued for the dog.
Munkombwe was arrested and charged with one count of unnatural offence which was contrary to the law.
In mitigation, Munkombwe pleaded for leniency because he had two children whom he was looking after while his wife was unemployed.
However, in passing judgment, magistrate Mukela said Munkombwe was a first offender and the offence committed was of a high standard of immorality and needed to be discouraged from doing so at all costs.
He was sentenced to five years imprisonment with hard labour.
The five-year sentence is subject to confirmation by the High Court.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:
To report a patient with Parkinson disease (PD) who developed zoophilia as a possible complication of dopaminergic therapy.
CASE SUMMARY:
A 74-year-old man with advanced PD, who had wearing-off motor fluctuations, with a marked disability during the off periods and severe peak-of-dose choreiform dyskinesias, developed hypersexuality with zoophilia 5 days after standard levodopa was substituted for controlled-release levodopa and the dose of bromocriptine was increased. The abnormal sexual behavior disappeared 2 days after the doses of standard levodopa and of bromocriptine were reduced.
DISCUSSION:
Hypersexuality is a known complication in PD patients undergoing dopaminergic therapy. However, the possible development of zoophilia due to these drugs, as was the case in our patient, is exceptional.
CONCLUSIONS:
Zoophilia should be considered as a possible behavioral complication of dopaminergic therapy in PD patients.

A man has been convicted of bestiality after he admitted to a sex act on a miniature horse at stables in Canberra.
His defence lawyer said the man, 73, was "extremely remorseful" after he pleaded guilty to the offence and appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court for sentencing on Wednesday.
Police began investigating the offender in June last year after they received a referral from the RSPCA.
Court documents said the man was interviewed by police and made partial admissions to engaging in a sex act with his miniature horse.
He told police the offence involved the female miniature horse and had taken place in a stable at the end of 2012.
The man's lawyer described his client's behaviour as "somewhat inexplicable" and said the man had owned horses for 30 years, although he had sold many of them.
He asked the magistrate to take into account the offender's early guilty plea, his solid employment history and his otherwise good character.
The prosecutor argued the "repugnant" nature of the offence meant there was a need for general deterrence, but noted the man had co-operated with the investigation and had no relevant criminal history.
He pointed out the act had occurred in an area of the stables that could easily have been accessed by others and that the man was in a position of care for the horse involved.
Special Magistrate Maria Doogan told the court while the type of offence was serious, it was not common.
"I have not come across a matter like this in the past myself," she said.
Ms Doogan said there were numerous laws related to the care and respect a community should have towards animals and such behaviour needed to be condemned.
She recorded a conviction and ordered the man serve a 12-month good behaviour order.

Kochi, Feb 18 (PTI) A dog was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man with the incident coming to light after a video of the act surfaced on Whatsapp, an animal rights organisation claimed today.
Humane Society International/India in a release here said it would offer a reward of up to Rs 1,00,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person responsible for sexually assaulting the dog.
"While the exact location of the incident and whereabouts of the dog are not known, it is believed that it occurred in the state of Kerala since the perpetrators were talking in Malayalam," it said in a release.
The society has also complained to state Director General of Police asking for a thorough investigation in the incident to ensure that the perpetrators are punished.
DGP T P Senkumar told PTI that he has received a complaint in the matter.
The organisation, which has also sent the two-minute video to media, said it was widely circulated on Whatsapp and shows a helpless dog being forcefully held by a person and raped in a dilapidated building.
The dog is seen trying to free itself numerous times while it is being held by force and subjected to bestiality.
"The nature of this barbaric treatment clearly indicates that the dog has undergone severe physical and mental trauma," it said.

Bestiality images were seized from the computer of deceased Geraldton doctor Dinendra Athukorala, and the search terms ‘rape’, ‘dog’, lesbian’ and ‘sex’ were commonly used to download hundreds of pornographic videos and images.
Digital forensics and data discovery analyst Dr Richard Adams gave evidence of these findings on day 14 of the Supreme Court trial of doctor Chamari Liyanage, who is accused of murdering her husband with a heavy mallet on June 24, 2014.
Forensic psychiatrist Dr Stephen Patchett also gave evidence for the defence, and told the jury Dr Liyanage’s demeanour during the triple 000 call made by her on the morning her husband died, indicated she may have been coming out of an automated state.
Automatism is a state of impaired consciousness, accompanied by amnesia, where a person may commit an unconscious and unwilled act.
He said automatism was usually triggered by a psychological blow — something “overwhelming, sudden and unexpected”.
He said in the case of Dr Liyanage it could have been a piece of information she received that was significant or relevant to her.

He said she also experienced flash-backs during waking hours, in which she relived her experiences of domestic violence.
Dr Athukorala forced his wife to take part in threesomes with other women, including a 17-year-old girl, and inflicted mental and physical abuse.
Dr Liyanage contemplated suicide on three occasions, once in 2010 and twice in 2013.
On one occasion she took an overdose of Panadeine, but vomited up the tablets.

A 74-year-old Frenchman who was caught in the act of having sex with a pony this week has walked free after escaping punishment, French media has reported.
The pensioner was caught in the act on Monday morning by a member of staff in the pony’s stable at a horse-riding centre in the town of Thiais, about 10 km south of Paris.
"He was caught by surprise in the pony's box, clearly in the middle full sexual act with the animal," Le Parisen newspaper wrote.

Two Frenchmen are being prosecuted for animal cruelty after having admitted carrying out sex acts on a horse.
The two men, aged in their twenties, were caught red-handed on Friday night at the stables, near the town of Saint-Nazaire, western France.
The stable's owners had grown suspicious over the last ten months, after repeatedly arriving to work on Monday morning and finding signs that someone had forced entry into the property.
At times, some of the horses had even apparently been let loose to run around, reported the Presse Ocean publication.
In a bid to find out what was going on the woman then set up cameras at the entrance, which sure enough revealed that two men had been sneaking into the stables in the dead of night.
While the CCTV images showed the two mean approaching the stallions' paddocks, they did not reveal exactly what they were up to.
So together with some of her friends, the woman decided to hold a stakeout out in the stables on Friday to see what exactly was happening each weekend.
According to Presse Ocean, the group hid as the two men entered the stables and then proceeded to have sexual intercourse in front of the horses.
Then it is believed at least one of the men began performing a sex act on the horse before he was confronted by the owners.
They owners discovered that the pair had been engaging in sexual acts with the horse, including penetrative sex for the last 10 months.
The police were called and both men have since admitted their crimes, and will face animal abuse charges.

U.S. fugitive, convicted drug smuggler and Washington State bestiality tourism farm owner Doug Spink is heading over the Rainbow Bridge to Niagara Falls, N.Y. — again.
Spink, 47, was ordered booted back to his home country Tuesday, with the courts serving an overhead smash back over the border to end his ping-ponging back and forth between the United States and Canada.
With him goes the excessive and outrageous baggage — and the unsolved mystery of a dog stolen from a Washington State dog breeder — that Spink brought with him when he first showed up on the radar last summer before he was inadvertently released from Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre a day before he was supposed to be escorted back home.
“I apologize for the mistakes I’ve made in this process and they won’t happen again,” he said in a subdued tone from the prisoner’s box after pleading guilty to illegally re-entering Canada.
Ontario Court Justice Jeanine LeRoy had given some thought to slapping another 30 to 45 days in jail on Spink who is just finishing up the equivalent of a five-month sentence for a bizarre night in Port Stanley in November that saw him resisting arrest and kicking out the windows of an OPP cruiser.
Those events happened three months after Spink was given an escort to New York State from London after his arrest on an outstanding warrant in Washington State for animal cruelty.
Federal prosecutor Jack Huber and defence lawyer Michael Barry pitched a time-served sentence that would accelerate Spink’s removal from Canada.
“We don’t want him to have any more time. We want him deported,” Huber said.
“He’s certainly not wanted here.”
LeRoy, however, paused to reflect what message was being sent to Spink and like-minded deportees who risk re-entering into Canada by not adding more jail time.
In the end, she told Spink she decided Canadian taxpayers have more than adequately “paid for your room and board.”
“Frankly, they have paid enough for your behaviour,” the judge said.
And what a resume of behaviour it is.
Spink, a persistent thorn in the side of law authorities in Washington State, was an unknown quantity in the London area when he was “improperly released” from Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre where he was being held on an immigration hold in early August after his arrest at a south London business.
He was arrested a day later in Port Stanley and deported.
But, after he was out of Canada, The Free Press reported that Spink was the prime suspect in the theft of Ghengis, a Boerboel-Kangal mix dog that went missing from the goat pasture he was guarding in February 2014.
Spink had a history of strange behaviour. He was sentenced to three years in a federal prison and five years of probation for smuggling a large quantity of cocaine between Canada and the United States.

Months later, Spink turned up in London, looking dishevelled with a towel wrapped around his waist, ranting and raving at a local business. There was a dog that looked like Ghengis in his vehicle that was passed over by police to Spink’s friend in Port Stanley.
That led to the illegal release and the re-arrest.
That should have been the end of Spink’s adventures in southern Ontario. However, LeRoy was told Tuesday Spink came back into Canada in September by walking across an unguarded section of border in Saskatchewan.
He returned to Ontario and to his Port Stanley friend, and possibly Ghengis, who’s never been found, before his meltdown on Nov. 3 that began with a report of a house fire at Spink’s friend’s home on Brayside Street and quickly escalated to his arrest. By the time Spink was subdued, he had been dealt a spate of charges and his most recent sojourn in the local jail.
Huber told LeRoy that Spink would be removed from the country “as soon as possible.”
The judge told Spink he wasn’t welcome to come back and if he did, there would be a much harsher price to pay.
“If you choose to sneak back in, you will be sentenced to much more than one day,” LeRoy said.
“Thank you and I appreciate the words,” Spink replied before he was led away.

A search of the Fifth Street home where Warner had been living led to the discovery of a 7.62 mm rifle, the cash, more than a pound of additional marijuana and at least one bestiality video.
Warner faces three felony charges of criminal possession of a weapon or firearm, a felony marijuana possession charge, a misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs charge and numerous other misdemeanor and traffic charges.
Barber, 42, faces one felony count each of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana.
Both men have prior felony convictions that preclude them from possessing guns. They were sent to Warren County Jail after arraignment.
Police have seized the cash, and Warren County District Attorney Kate Hogan said authorities will look into whether the BMW can be forfeited as well.

An internationally-respected dressage trainer who worked with Olympic gold medal riders has been jailed for possessing bestiality pornography involving horses.
Liam Fisher, 37, also had child abuse images and asked for an online sex show involving an eight year-old boy.
The material was discovered when police arrested a man on the Isle of Wight and examined his computer. He was found to have a link with Fisher and, after officers searched his Cotswolds home, he confessed and told them: "My life is now over."
Brendon Moorhouse, prosecuting, said Fisher's hoard included 219 extreme pornographic images, mostly of men and women having sex with horses and dogs.
Police also found 182 indecent photos and films, mostly of boys aged from infants to 16-years-old. Of those, 97 were deemed to be in the most serious category of harm, 58 in the mid and 27 in the least harmful category. In addition, Fisher had transferred 237 indecent images via Skype.

The number of extreme pornography cases investigated by police in Greater Manchester has doubled, according to disturbing new stats.
Officers have investigated hundreds of cases where internet users have downloaded or created illegal material - including bestiality, extreme violence, or rape.
Home Office figures reveal there were 575 recorded complaints about ultra-obscene pictures and videos last year - an increase of 157pc compared to the 224 cases in the previous 12 months.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, examples of materials considered ‘obscene’ include bestiality, extreme sadomasochism, and realistic portrayals of rape and bondage.
But there is no exhaustive list of what is considered illegal - and non-pornographic content can also be prosecuted.
However the figures do not include cases of child sexual abuse or exploitation, which are recorded separately.
Wigan had the highest rate of obscene publication offences last year, with 103 - or 3.2 for every 10,000 people in the borough.
That represented a 386pc increase on the year before.
Salford came in second place with 2.8 cases per 10,000 - an increase of 415pc.
Trafford had the lowest rate in the area with 1.2 for every 10,000 people - an increase of just 12pc.
In Manchester, there were 92 cases - an increase of 109pc.
In Bury there were 44 cases last year; Tameside 51; Oldham 48; Rochdale 41; Bolton 53; and Stockport 48.
It is thought the rise in criminal cases for extreme pornography is partly down to a crackdown by police to catch those spreading illicit material.
Stockport MP Ann Coffey said: “Although it is shocking that so many individuals in our communities have sunk to this level of depravity, the rising level of prosecutions reflects well on the police.
“What we need to ensure is that the specialist units dealing with this increasing criminal activity are properly resourced.” *
Greater Manchester’s deputy police and crime commissioner Jim Battle said his boss, Tony Lloyd, has made the protection of vulnerable people a ‘clear priority’.
He added: “Extreme pornography exploits people in the most horrific of ways.
“These figures indicate that police are successfully protecting the most vulnerable by cracking down on this particularly vile type of criminality.”

A 34-YEAR-OLD married Honde Valley man was fined $100 or spend three months behind bars after he pleaded guilty to having sexual intercourse with a goat. Tonderai Marombedza was charged with bestiality when he appeared before Nyanga provincial magistrate, Mr Ignatio Mhene.

The court heard that on March 10, 2016 at around 9.30am in Sagambe Village, the complainant went to a nearby grazing area and tied her goat on a shrub.
She went back home and continued with her daily chores. “At around 3.30pm, two boys from the village, Ernest Doka and Brighton Boterere were on their way to Sagambe Business Centre when they heard a noise coming from a bush. They went to investigate.
“To their surprise they saw Marombedza having sexual intercourse with a she-goat. His pair of trousers was dropped to knee level. The boys subsequently arrested the suspect and handed him over to the police,” said Mr Mufute.
When he was asked by Mr Mhene why he committed the shameful act, Marombedza blamed his actions on alcohol. He said he did not know what made him act in the way he did, saying it was his first time.
His wife is expecting.

An 18-year-old boy has allegedly admitted to raping a dog on December 16. This after a local psychiatrist and Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) workers went to pay him a visit on Monday afternoon.
The local psychiatrist approached Annamarie Koen of the AACL after people from the Wasbank area told her about a teenager who had allegedly been raping animals. The psychiatrist asked the league to go and speak to the community, since they were furious and traumatised after hearing about the brutal acts of bestiality.
Annamarie was told by the devastated owner of the dog what the teenager had allegedly done to her pet. On hearing about the gross cruelty of the act, the psychiatrist and Annamarie spoke to the teenager and his mother.
The teenager allegedly admitted to everything, including raping goats in the area as well.
“Justice must prevail, because perverse acts like this are unacceptable,” said a distraught Annamarie.
The owner of the dog, as well as AACL workers, went to Ekuvukeni police station, where Annamarie opened a case of cruelty to animals. The teenager was arrested and is expected to appear in court today.
The dog, according to the owner, was a friendly and playful animal, but now is quiet and subdued.

A string of indecent acts involving beastiality, parvovirus, and a prong collar, has got a Wellington animal rescue group ready to fight.
Upper Hutt-based HUHA NZ is seeking a lawyer to work pro bono on at least three cases: a criminal matter involving alleged beastiality between a man and a farm animal; a possible breach of contract involving the owner of a re-homed dog using a prong collar, and a dodgy animal dealer.
Director Carolyn Press-McKenzie said police had gathered evidence against a man who allegedly committed sex acts with a farm animal.
She could not go into further details while the investigation was in its early stages, but hoped "the full effect of the law" would eventually come against him.
"That kind of situation isn't good for any living being; to be forced into any situation that's not consensual.
"But we want to do everything we can to help animals. A lawyer may only investigate a few of our cases, but we won't leave a stone unturned."

A police community support officer (PCSO) who admitted bestiality and raping a girl under 13 has been jailed for 11 years and four months.
Derren Tomlinson, 44, pleaded guilty to the charges, and an additional count of sexual assault, at Shrewsbury Crown Court last month.
He was suspended from West Mercia Police in November 2014 and dismissed at a disciplinary hearing this month.
Judge Robin Onions described Tomlinson as a "significant risk".

The court heard how Tomlinson, of Riverdale Road in Shrewsbury, filmed himself having sex with a dog.
Still images and video footage of abuse was found on his mobile phone.
