I'm sorry, but the HIV example is straight up terrible, we're talking about two entirely different ways of contraction here.
One is through blood, ejaculate, other bodily fluids and a virus, the other is about bacteria (since we're talking about an infection) getting up your urethra. And don't you start with "I was talking about the chances of it happening", it's still wrong and not comparable.
As long as you clean yourself after it and maybe take a piss just to be sure, nothing will happen. Bacteria will, at worst, be at the absolute tip of your urethra, not all over it.
The other reason your argument is pretty damn weak is that you're talking about "crazy shit [...] that exists in a canine's digestive tract and feces".
I'm sure that's all just speculation on your side without any evidence to back it up, but you apparently seem to know about magical gut bacteria willing to actively climb up your urethra.
So, care to elaborate ?
