It might not be like that; it might just be a group of friends/swingers that get together on occasion to get fucked by each other's dogs, or someone who allows a very trusted friend to fuck their dog. It might not really be a club or group or whatever of any sort of official capacity.

My point was that you won't be able to find these people unless you already know them, and trying to will likely just run you afoul of the law. Think of it like trying to acquire something else illegal, like hard drugs or child porn. Well, you shouldn't "trust" anyone with this kind of knowledge. Trust is dumb. When it comes to secrets you need to keep a lid on for a whole lifetime, and when even people you shared a BFF necklace with are going to change someday, you need to think in smarter terms, like incentives, reciprocity in secrets and even having shit on people.

It's sort of a tangent, but it's to say "trusting" a stranger is nothing more than sign of mental handicap.

For the average thrillseeker the question is really just what are the calculable odds someone offering animals on BF is a cop, and whether they'll take those odds or not, like any other risk. Of course they're never clear, but if there's never been a sting where you live, they're probably low, realistically. Police interest tends to be regional.

Then you have to wonder about incentives... OP's question becomes relevant, the idea of paid sex implied that is, because if cash tips became an unwritten rule, you might get more people offering, and better odds in your favor, at least initially, before cops get wise. Cash might provide more stable offers, so once you find a good sex dealer the risk evaporates, much like drugs, but still faster access than waiting to get to know someone over years. All hypothetical but there's definitely untapped potential.

Supposing you could do it, though, keeping a lid on it would be simple: just keep a Little Black Book of every one of your clients. If anyone tells, they know their name will be released to the cops.

With this, however, I feel the biggest obstacle would be the animals, themselves. If you just want to drug whatever animal you please into a stupor (like they do with horses in porn movies) so the client can molest them or fuck them, that would be workable. If you want the animal to take a more active role in sex, that won't work; even well-socialized animals are usually very reluctant to have mount someone they just met.

We are still not solving OP's problem, though, which is finding one.

The way I pictured it possible is through usual BF advertisements. Nothing as formal as a brothel. All you need is to cultivate an unwritten rule that offers for hookups may expect compensation. Which keeps it limited, but possible. I'm sure it's happened but just nowhere near the extent.
