you can see the sphincter directly below the tail. so this appears to not be a sore anus.

note that white discoloration around the "wound". its probably some creme/ointment applied to the "wound"

It looks like it was a surgical wound due to birthing complications. So it may not be "wrong" in calling it a line to her vagina, but not the natural opening. it also doesn't look torn, so it most likely intentionally cut.
