The easiest way to add comments is to write a bit of CGI that adds the comment to the end of a file with a single O_APPEND write. Use JavaScript to massage the writes into pretty comments with gravatar icons or whatever. If you can't do that, the next-easiest thing is to lock the file, write to the end of it, then unlock the file. If you can't go that, then you may as well get MySQL and a PHP CMS to do everything for you.

The real question is what is a suckless solution to host a simple site.

When I use Openbox on thinkpad x240, it's so silent at least when I'm doing non-intensive work like web browsing or editing text.

And then I tried Gnome and KDE because of muh DE but both of them make fan noise immediately after I open a web browser. Is this because Gnome and KDE suck? or Is it because I tried it with Live iso not installing it natively?

I'm fucking done with KDE/Kubuntu. I can ignore the bloat and I want to like it, but every single time I upgrade, every single one, something has to take a massive shit. Plasma in 15.10? System freeze after 5 min then driver problems. 16.04 didn't even make it past the loading screen on the live USB. I could've either spend yet another day trying to figure out why it so shitty and fix it or I could've just switched to Xfce like I did.
