I lift every other day, I am less consistent with doing cardio on my offdays. I heard that it's better and easier to just have a constant calorie goal in mind, instead of adjusting it every day based on excercise.

So should I got for something like a 10% caloric deficit and kick my butt and do cardio to loose weight or go for something more drastic, but also calculate the calories I lost through running? What does /fit/ recommend?

190cms - 6'2 feet

81kg -167 pounds

Need to cut 10 kilos = 22 pounds of fat to reach ~ 10% bodyfat.

TDEE (without counting lifting/cardio) ~2200

I've been experimenting with both liquid and bar soaps, so far my favorite as far as bar soaps go, is pic related.

I like it, aside from the semantics of castile soap being a strictly olive oil soap, it's one of the few store-buyable soaps out there that's fucking different than 90% of other bar soaps.

It's okay I guess, I read on T nation that when knees go beyond toes it becomes more quad-driven while keeping knees in is more about Hamstrings, try doing some bodyweight squats standing up in both poses and feel it yourself, I guess what matters the most is to keep the bar path straight and above the centre of gravity middle of your feet

I haven't read or used the belt or wraps myself, I barely wear a t-shirt and a pair of tracksuit pants, so I don't know a thing about those accessories and anything I say might just be broscience as well

I missed a bench max today because of shoulder/tricep pain.

I'm pretty sure i overworked it a couple weeks ago and though it didnt hurt going in to the gym, it did when I worked up the weight.

I pressed 295 competently, and stalled twice on 305. I feel like I could do 315 if there wasnt so much pain in my left rotator cuff and tricep.
