Is tea gonna fuck me up?
I've been drinking a shit ton of tea since I changed my diet a few days ago. I put 1 tbsp of Splenda in with my orange pekoe tea, and I'll usually have about 5 cups a day. Is this a bad thing? I'm cutting and counting macros, and don't want it to fuck up anything.
gigantism
i might try something to grow up before the 20' that involves a strength/power routine, aminoacid supplements, the fasting diet and some other things
if that works as well as i hope, i will write a book about this and sell it
the question here is, if this works, where should i stop? if i get really tall, my book will be sold really good, but i readed that gigantism can bring some health problems, my other question is, which ones?
i hope there is a medic here in this board
if i get 2.50 meters i will have a best seller
Why are women so weak? I'm not trying to bring anyone down or anything, but it really doesn't make sense to me. I had Sambo yesterday and due to a shortage of people, I had to roll with the only female there. I'm no good at judging weight, but she was probably around 140-150lbs. I'm at 185 currently, but I wasn't even using half my strength with her. The only time she would knock me down is when I got sloppy and even then it was easy getting back on top. I've heard it said that women get to be selective, but in the animal kingdom the opposite is usually true with what would be considered rape being the primary means of reproduction. Do women have any evolutionary advantages, or did they get the shit end of the stick? Sorry for the weird question.

A Fat State of Mind (Fat Hate Thread)
There's plenty of pics of disgusting lardasses and the bullshit they spout about their manatee-like guts being the result of their genes (kek) but how about some tales of personal exposure? Stories of the latest IRL fatty to make you feel ill please gents.
My own was this afternoon while swimming.
>Head in at the same time as 3 hamplanets, we're the only ones in there
>Blond granddaughter, fattest (20s, 5.6ft 300 pounds)
>Curly haired witch woman, mother (mid 40s, 5.4ft 260 pounds)
>Bulldyke-cut stocky, grandmother 'thinnest' (60+, 5.2ft 200 pounds)
>annnd
>Me, no relation to them 6ft, 160 pounds, doing this for 2 years and was pretty trim when I started.
>It basically looked like each of them had eaten one of me to get where they were.
>Hear one of them claim "40 lengths" (I nearly laugh)
>Youngest is literally craned into the water.
>Just fuck my shit up, she's like 10-12 years younger than me, what a life.
>Mother takes about a minute to get one leg in the water for fear of what gravity might do.
>instantly feel compelled to go as fast as I possibly can for as long as possible
>I stretch and lap the fattest 4 and a half times in the space of time it takes her to waddle through 1 length.
>They move at a snails pace in tandem taking up nearly half the pool between them.
>The entire time Blondie talks about visiting a KFC and making a point of getting wedges and 'real mayo' immediately afterwards.
>The mother admonishes the daughter for walking half a length.
>The 'girl' cannot get her body horizontal in the water, is basically in standing position and moves like a giant baby.
>The tubby grandmother suddenly shows that she is faster than both her child and her grandchild.
>They get upset and want her to wait for them
>Both mother and grandmother have to cajole/bribe the girl separately to get her to do more lengths.
>They leave amid much craning and straining some 45mins before I go.
>They did about 10 to 15 ponderous lengths.
>I did 60 at full speed
>They did this last week too.
I do this every day for about 2 hours, they've come in once a week for the last 3 and stay an hour tops, the entire time they plan the diabetes conjuring meal they're to wolf down upon leaving, last week it was pastries. The tragic youngest one, she who is most in need of a reduction, bitches and moans about being there past lap 6 and tears down the pitiful willpower of her charges by suggesting even more ruinous combinations of food each time. (I nearly wrote 'feed' there, it feels more appropriate). The older girls fold like deckchairs and the cycle begins anew.
It's quite amazing how differently people's brains can be wired. Thighs thicker than my waist and during the one activity that might actually help them lose weight they craft a plan to utterly undermine their own trivial efforts. It's a hell of a thing when a rickety old guy in his 70s pops in and is faster than a fat weak 20 year old.
I call fats like that 'Reminders' cos they're a potent motivator to keep moving your ass.
Who was your last Reminder /fit/? What did they do that stuck in your head?

>"Rounded? It was a curve!"
>"Yeah. Thanks."

/foam-roller/ general thread
Using a foam roller feels like having a gf or bf/gymbro massaging you.
And good tips you can share?
That video is quite extensive, it hits every muscle group. I now mostly just use it to roll along my legs, butt and back.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad_lCv7h5XM
I don't know if it happened because of foam-rolling, but I had sore muscles and kinda fucked my legs and butt espeically up for a whole month.
I could barely walk. Anyone else suspect that it might have been because of that? I ran it along the sides of my but and a nerve-bundle just popped basically.
So i went a bit crazy yesterday and rode my bike until my knees started to hurt pretty bad
Today i feel light like i lost 5kgs but i have this feeling that im actually tired as fuck but just not feeling it
How can you tell when you are about to overtrain? Not sure if i shoud lift today
I think I got scammed by jews
I bought nicotine gums because wikipedia/pubmed/humans say that it (nicotine) immediately treats: parkinson, alzheimer, adhd, schizophrenia, etc
So I bought the shit but it doesn't work. I try 2mg and nothing happens. And how to use it properly? What technique to use? What dosage?
What effects should it give me?
Seems it's placebo/scam and smokers are dumb idiots who are addicted to something that doesn't work but is expensive.

How do I factor in cardio/lifting when calculating my allowed calories for a cut?
I lift every other day, I am less consistent with doing cardio on my offdays. I heard that it's better and easier to just have a constant calorie goal in mind, instead of adjusting it every day based on excercise.
So should I got for something like a 10% caloric deficit and kick my butt and do cardio to loose weight or go for something more drastic, but also calculate the calories I lost through running? What does /fit/ recommend?
190cms - 6'2 feet
81kg -167 pounds
Need to cut 10 kilos = 22 pounds of fat to reach ~ 10% bodyfat.
TDEE (without counting lifting/cardio) ~2200
beginner level ~2 months lifting
soap thread
so /fit/? how do you wash yourself in the shower or bath? with a bar soap? or a liquid 'soap'?
I've been experimenting with both liquid and bar soaps, so far my favorite as far as bar soaps go, is pic related.
I like it, aside from the semantics of castile soap being a strictly olive oil soap, it's one of the few store-buyable soaps out there that's fucking different than 90% of other bar soaps.
unless it's homemade, liquid 'soap' is technically a detergent.
the makeup of almost all major brand soaps, and "melt & pour" soaps, is a nonspecified combination of tallow, coconut oil, palm oil, and palm kernel oil. maybe shea butter if you're lucky
Dumb Questions about Squats and Equipment.
Couple of Questions about Squatting. I know they're dumb but I'm trying to learn a little more about the Squat itself just for fun and enjoyment.
>Knees beyond toes
Are they bad or it's just broscience like most of the articles about squatting say so?
>The Belt
What exactly do you think the belt does to your squat/deadlift/bench? is it necessary when achieving high numbers like a 400lb Bench or a 600lb Squat?
>Knee Wraps
Do they fuck your knees in the long run and what they do in the process of squatting?
I missed a bench max today because of shoulder/tricep pain.
I'm pretty sure i overworked it a couple weeks ago and though it didnt hurt going in to the gym, it did when I worked up the weight.
I pressed 295 competently, and stalled twice on 305. I feel like I could do 315 if there wasnt so much pain in my left rotator cuff and tricep.
What can I do to speed up recovery?
staying clean quickly
earlier today i shattered a bar of soap i was using and just cleaned with shampoo but that didnt go so well.
it made me ask why aren't there any good body/shampoo combo things, then i looked it up and there's a ton. But they're probably crap.
In the spirit of saving time in the daily routine to do more productive training than foaming bars of soap, what do you use in the shower? Is it good, shitty or do you actually rub yourself with feces to keep up your nigger status
Should I weigh my food before cooking or after cooking?
I just ate the whole package of chicken breasts.
It weighed 550g before and 350 after.
From the calorie and protein sources on the package, which number should I use to calculate what my food is worth?
Same deal with some vegetables I made on the side, but they are less important. I think in that case it would make more sense to weigh it before.
Weightlifting and Running
I'm new here and I'm not sure this will get any replies but what the hell, it's always good to try and get the opinion of spergs on the internet.
My exercise routine is as follows: go running one day, do weightlifting the next on every day but Friday (when I do a spot of house-sitting). I go running for an hour (I don't run constantly throughout this time, obviously - I take breaks here and there), and I do weightlifting exercises for an hour too. I thought this routine was good for me - the running making me generally healthier and more fit, and the weightlifting giving me greater upper body strength and a nice physique. I haven't been at this routine long, but before I really get it going I want to know if there are any problems with it. I'm not very knowledgeable on this sort of thing and now I'm hearing all these arguments that cardio kills gains or that you must leave a gap of two days between each bout of exercise, etc., etc. I'd like to hear some of your opinions.
Ps. I don't know who the girl is - I just put her there to get your attention. I'm a man.
B O O K S
Hello, /fit/.
Newfag here. Would you recommend any well-written books on the subject of fitness and training? I'm often in an environment without internet access, so I'd like to find some good reads on the subject that I can locate at the bookstore or on Amazon.
Most books on this subject seem to be full of sensational, fluffy, annoying bullshit.
But I expect some of you guys to know the best literature that is well-written, informative, insightful, accurate, and straight-to-the-point.
Any suggestions?
Squatting Shits
Anyone else shit squatting? I discovered the joy of squat shitting last year innawoods during a camping trip when I let loose probably the largest turd I have in years with relative ease by squatting/balancing with a stick.
After that, I used a foot bath upside down for a foot rest while shitting and then upgraded to a small waste bin, but it didn't really give me leg room, so I bought one of these when they were on sale 30% off.
Took a dump with it, reminded me of the time I was shitting innawoods. How about it, /fit/? Do you shit Indian style?

Trigger: Inner Chest Gains
Hey 8/fags/ I'm escaping 4chins because of the trump faggotry and cuckpron.
Anyway, I fear that my inner chest (sternal portion of pectoralis major) is lacking in sizable gains and the last thing I want is to be featured in some terrible insertions thread.
What do? Questions, comments, suggestions.
Hey /fit/, have you ever thought what exactly it is that makes us humans so addicted to shitty food, and so scared of things that are good for us? And I know, I know, you guys will all say something like: "we are naturally inclined to seek high fat/carb foods because when we were hunter gatherers food was scarce so we actually NEEDED extra energy" or something along those lines. However, I am thinking something more along the lines of what specific brain pleasure/reward system is specifically responsible for making cosumption of unhealthy shit so pleasurable. Is it the comfy feeling you get after eating carbs? Is it a sugar rush? Is it our sense of taste?
Now with this in mind, I would like to propose my most ingenious weight loss theory ever. What if we were to "in theory" remove our sense of taste via surgery or w/e. Once this is done, everything will taste the same i.e. bland no matter what we eat. Broccoli will taste the same as candy, water will taste the same as soda, etc… And if everything tastes the same no matter what, then we will use the rational part of our brain to chose what we eat since the pleasure incentive to eat junk food would be gone. This is all just "in theory" of course. Would this work /fit/?

YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG
I am building a gym in my garage because GOD HELP ME IF I DON'T I WILL KILL SOME CUNT.
The latest: on deadlift day, with 3pl8 on the bar, I have worked to this etc. Final set. Just as I am about to lift this cunt says loudly to me
'You want to watch yourself doing that you'll hurt your back I'm only saying…'
I invited him to show me how it is done. I wanted to ducking murder him. Seriously. I train fasted which makes my test rocket anyway and yes I'm a fighter. This shit happens EVERY BASTARD TIME. You may recall crossfit headsock bitch.
This is the reason I hate machines. Machines attract useless cunts who stop and stare at you when you powerlift and who think it's some kind of open forum to discuss my bare feet or my form.
Can't just be me. Can it?
Deadlift bar height
Hey /fit/, how high should the bar be above the ground when trying to deadlift? I'm using non standard weights and I'm sure they are smaller than the standard weight which means I would have a much longer pull in the deadlift. I.E; My larges plates are smaller diameter wise than compared to the Olympic standard 45lb weights making the bar closer to the ground.
Could a /fit/izens that has a home gym with standard plates take a quick measurement of how high the bar is when it has two 45lb plates at the end?

Help
Hey /fit/, /v/irgin here. I've been a fat piece of shit for as long as I can remember and I'm tired of it. I've tried going out and running on my own but I think my legs can't support my body weight because after a minute they hurt and I can't continue. Can you guys help me out?
Why does the health and fitness industry seem absolutely rife with bullshit? I received this in the mail yesterday. The description reads, "Hand carved from Himalayan salt mines. Releases negative ions and helps clean the air." I literally chucked the magazine across the living room. I looked it up and this shit is composed of sodium chloride and iron oxide. SALT AND RUST.

My gf/fiance of 8 years just left me...
So this week it happened.
I went to join my local gym to work out and start Krav Maga. After a nice workout and feeling good about myself my fiance the next day told me it was over. She doesn't see a future with me and she's packing, moving her stuff out by next week. I honestly feel embarrassed to tell my family.
I feel like a failure of a man since my dad was separated from my mum after a two years of marriage and I wasn't even able to make it to the wedding after two months proposing to her.
I tried /fit/ I really did try to make it work. When she first asked me out I took a chance, I helped her lose weight, supported her when she was unemployed and moved her out when I saw what she use to live in awful living conditions, her parents were hoarders of junk with multiple animals in the house and it smelled like death. I got her younger brother into Karate and Magic the Gathering…I stood up for her from her father who had a history of domestic abuse between the two.
But then she tells me "I think of you more as a friend than a partner" and it hurts anon's. It hurts knowing someone you went out your way all those years to help her and she says that while also saying "I don't see a future with you."
I'm going to the gym tomorrow to lift but man does it already feel heavy inside.
Why does 4chan /fit/ have so many tranny posters and worshippers?
Trappychan has been a trip there for awhile now, and now there's this; http://boards.4chan.org/fit/thread/36367807#p36369800
I don't give a fuck if you're trans and want to lift, but what's with all this blatant attention-whoring?
I decided I needed to get /fit/, I'm too flabby and started to get my shit together.
I've started doing wall press ups and it's only been a week doing 50-100 a day but my arms already seem a little firmer. Is this normal?
I started doing squats as well and I'm struggling to get beyond 10 and the day after my legs feel like jelly. I heard you should do it for 2 days in a row then rest and repeat.
Is there any other low impact shit I should be adding to my routine? I walk half an hour a day already but want to expand on everything. I have a fucked up rib so I can't do high impact stuff but want to strengthen my core and just not be a flabby sack of shit.
Alright /fit/izens, How to build core muscle strenght without risking injuries?
After fucking up my back at a young age and thus being unable to properly exercise and now spending a shitton of time in the hospital I am finally back on track. More details are not neccessary, this ain't my blog. The thing is since I was bedridden for quite some time most of my muscle mass(which wasn't much, always was skinny, 128 lbs at 5'9") atrophied. So before I do some proper workout I first want to get my core muscles strengthened a bit as to avoid injury. Checked the sticky and the infographic thread but I couldn't find any proper information or at least couldn't find a cohesive guide that covered all my questions since I'm new to all of this.
In short
>wanna build core muscle strenght, what do/don't?
>what's the most important stuff for people just starting out? Can't form 40 habits at once after all.

Noob Gains
Alright resolutioners and other noobs. Its almost been a month since the new year started. Start posting your Noob Gains. I'll go first.
Program: SL 5x5
When I started out, all lifts were just the bar. Now
Squat: 140lbs, going for 1pl8 tomorrow.
Bench: 105lbs
OHP: 85lbs
Row: 105lbs
Deadlift: 185lbs
Noob gains rule. My first day in the gym (a few days before new year's) I squatted the bar for about five sets of five and was wrecked. It was almost a week before I went back because the doms was so intense. I could barely get out of a chair on new years.
Now I'm about to squat 135. So good.
Multiple questions incoming
1. Any particular reason /fit is half dead?
2. Can i get a list of some non-scammy and popular supplement companies? I would have bought Muscletech Omega 3 and Multivitamin yesterday if i didnt stumble upon a lot of criticism on the company.
Im looking for Omega 3 , Multivitamin , L-Arginine.
3. Any good supplements that help with concentration/learning/circulation besides what ive listed (+ im taking ginkko biloba , pic related)
>weigh 280 pounds
>BMR is 2500 calories per day
>average intake is 1500 calories per day
>mostly eggs and fruit
>measure all food by the gram on a very accurate scale, including drinks and condiments
>constantly starving for over a year
>haven't lost any weight
I need an explanation that isn't "you're lying". By definition it's not a lie if you don't know you're doing it.
Equipment for home gym
I will admit upfront I'm a complete damned noob at this, so any advice is appreciated. I have roughly $1500 to spend to build a basic home gym. I live in the middle of god-damned nowhere, so going to a real gym is not an option.
I do have a pretty fucked up left foot (Tendon has been cut into several times). I can use it, but high impact things like running are out of the question. Would be good if I could put in things for a woman too, since my spouse will also be using it.
Any thoughts or guides to go over?
So I finally found a way to always set a PR. Every session you add some weight to your 1RM. And the cool thing is: I'm always excited about a lift, because, unless you have poor nutritional habits, you're are going to lift for more reps or heavier than the last session. But how? Just do the last set to fail, brah.
Back, Arms & Chest
How did you learn to do Chin Ups? Or, how did you get from A to B? Any good workouts to help get your body prepared to get there? If I can't get there before the end of the coming summer, I'm a failure by my standards or am I shooting too high? (I can do one inch chin ups three times at the moment.)
You burn more calories when your body is repairing itself. Muscles recovering after micro-tears from lifting, fighting off illnesses, inflammation and bruises, etc.
So what if we started a weight loss program for fatties where they just get the shit kicked out of them on a regular basis until they're skinny?
Planet fitness is the only gym near me that I can afford.
Everything I have read in the /fit/ sticky or on this board involves three exercises that seem impossible at PF: Squats,Deatlifts, and Benching.
Greyskull, 5x5, SS all have these as core parts of the routine.
PF has no squat racks or benches, all they have are smith machines, which keep the bar stable and locked into the machine.
Is it even worth doing these exercises on a smith? I feel like you lose out on a lot of muscle work just because you aren't in complete control of where the bar goes. I'll bet if I ever tried to do an actual bench, I would drop it on myself because of this.
Does anyone have a good routine that they can use for PF?
General Deadlift Thread
I'll start: Sumo deadlifting like in pic related is fucking retarded.
>Arm position
Arms go straight down. Having them at an angle increases the ROM. The only excuse to ever not have the arms reach straight down is when you're deadlifting regular with a wide stance and your legs are standing in the way of your arms.
>Toe position
The toes on the sumo deadlift point outwards. That's easy to overlook, but I know from experience that it's pretty damn important. This decreases the angle of the lower back and it makes activation of the quads easier. Considering that sumo is all about maximum quad-activation and decreasing the back angle as far as possible, not pointing your toes outwards is absolutely fucking retarded.
Funny thing is, the guide I got this picture from mentioned toe positioning, but the model did it wrong, anyway.
P-please subscribe to my blog.
hey guys
I have a really big belly, and I feel like an outcast since I live in a country where %95 percent of people my age are pretty fit.
Thing is, I'm incredibly poor.
The money I make is enough to feed me and pay my bills, I can't afford myself anything extra.
I decided to eat a packet of noodles for breakfast, ditching the oil in the pack, but keeping the seasoning, while adding carrots, red and green pepper (not the hot one) and frozen sausages. I chop it all up and add it to the noodles.
I eat 2 apples for lunch and dinner.
I drink a lot of water, and sometimes I like to make nescafe or hot chocolate from cheap packs that I drink while watching movies.
I made one day off every week that I can eat whatever I want.
My job has me walking a lot, so I wanna know if I'll lose any weight doing this, and if not, which things can I substitute.
I'm sorry for any bad english and thank you all in advance
What should I do instead of sit-ups or planks to work on my core?
- Sit ups: I like doing these, but I keep seeing shit that it's dumb to do this exercise.
- Planks: I know it's a dumb reason, but the short of it is that if an exercise involve "X reps of something" instead of "do X for so many minutes" then I'm much more likely to incorporate it into my routine.
High Protein Meals
Saxon here, dumping some OC for a high protein meal that doesn't include chicken and is very easy to make
sticky has hit threadlimit
>step 1, hardest step, buy squidheads
>step 2, boil squidheads with some salt on medium to high heat until they billow out and add 10 extra minutes
>step 3, cut squidheads into rings
>step 4, add a sidedish because squidheads are squishy and awkward to eat alone, I used pickled vegetables (+ grannies pilmeni)
200gr Squid + 200gr pickled vegetables = 376
64grProtein
2,8grFat
9,2grCarbs
no data on grannies pilmeni
Female looking to tone and lose 40 lbs
20 year old female
Currently 175 lbs looking to get down to 135 lbs
I understand macros and that shit, but I have no idea what kind of food to eat. There's a bunch of info here for bulking, but I'm looking to cut. Also, I'm looking to spend roughly $60 CAD on food a week.
What do you guys thing about juicing? I lost 5 pounds by just juicing vegetables and kept it off for a few months.
YES, I've read the sticky, but all I got from it was how to bulk. It seems like it's mostly geared towards men.
Stroke Rehabilitation
Long story short:
A few months ago my dad suffered a stroke brought on my unmonitored use of prescribed heart meds (doctor's fault).
He lost control of half of his body at first, but after some medicating and physical therapy he has regained most of it.
Although he had the rehab rundown after his hospitalization and has been doing it ever since, he feels as though his balance isn't improving very much and he could be doing more.
You might be thinking that he's just talking out of his league, but here's a bit of backstory on him - he is a former athlete, has a well built body and has participated in several skiing competitions, so he is no weakling.
I tried googling this, but most of the information was either not very detailed or it was simply a suggestion to seek a PT and at the moment he doesn't have the money to afford more sessions with a qualified physical therapist.
tl;dr
What are some good stroke rehabilitation exercises based around balance?
The equipment that is available to him is as follows:
* One of those big medical balls
* That half ball (one side is flat, other is round and spiked) thing
If you have any questions regarding his physical capacity, the exercises he has been doing or any other details, I'm afraid I can't answer them because I do not live with him or even near him and all I know about his current condition is what I wrote in this post.
QTTDOT Thread
New to /fit/, having an issue counting calories because I don't know shit about it:
Todays meals were:
>Sandwich
>421 calories
>12.45g of protein
>Roast Dinner
>2092 calories
>36.1g of protein
I'm about 12 stone (scales are arriving tomorrow, no way of actually measuring myself until then), and according to different links I should therefore be getting around 160g of protein a day and aim for 1848 calories to lose fat.
So have I done something wrong or is this correct? Apparently I've only had 48.55g of protein all of today, while consuming enough calories to put on weight.
From a sandwich and a fucking dinner.
The roast dinner calorie count also seems way too high. 2000 from one meal? Potatoes, I guess. Or am I not meant to be counting the energy kcal information in this (or am I doing it wrong)?
Currently on a god awful vegetarian diet for the last 12 years but I'm going to be changing that this week.
Hey /fit/, got a question though I don't usually lurk here (leftypol fag).
I wanna incorporate some cardio into my workout, the only problem is I have a degree of social anxiety and I'm flat footed so if I run I have a pretty weird gait and it makes me pretty self conscious. So I'm looking for some suggestions on cardio I can do in my own home privately.
Anyone here suffer from social anxiety? I have an amazing physique for someone who's worked out for about three years now and I do get a lot of positive attention. However, Social Anxiety is still a huge problem for me. I feel as though I'm getting watched day by day and my awkwardness sometimes makes things bad. Anyone else get this?
Hearing and feeling your heart.
K /fit/
Since a week I have been doing cardio in the morning (rowing 5k (takes between 26-29 mins) and 10-15 mins on the bike at the gym.
I have lifted for months and continue to do so 5 times a week.
This week I have gotten a standing desk at work, so no more sitting on my arse the whole day.
And I have stopped drinking since two weeks.
And my body is quiet . I woke up this morning and could not feel or hear my hear beating in my chest. I could always feel it pumping, sometimes I could feel the entire pump, going from once cavity to the next. I still have a healthy pulse and in the gym I can get my heart rate up to 160 and fall back to 120 with light cardio.
And my dick seems to have gotten bigger in flaccid stage.
Any idea what is going on with me?
I do feel awfully healthy after this week.
Stomach Vacuums
Stomach Vacuums, Do they really work? and what're the benefits of doing it in the overall? I'm curious, I understand about it lowering/getting your waist slim if you're huge like Arnie did in his prime, but I want to know more about it, anyone here on /fit/ got any experiences or knowledge to share?

Weight lifting help
Hey guys hows it going? I used to be 110 kgs(243 lbs) and am now around 87 kgs(192 lbs), I've been working out for around 5 and a half months and I kinda feel like I've hit like a wall not letting me lose any more weight so wondering if anyone could give me some pointers as to what I'm supposed to eat or specific workouts do to.
Would really appreciate the help.
Will I make good gains using dumbbells?
I have 10-35 lbs, increasing by 5 lbs, all pairs except for a lone 20 lb.
My routine is abababx:
a: 3x15 standing skullcrushers(35 lb)
2x12 hammer curls(30lb)
2x12 regular standing curls(30lb)
3x15 shoulder press
3x30 weighted crunches(15lb)
3x200 flutter kicks
2x plank
b 3x12 dumbell rows (which dont feel like they're doing anything, probably doing them wrong)
5x10 weighted pull-ups(10lb)
3xfail wrist curls(15lb)
3x20 chest fly
3x15 stationary lunges (60lb)
3xfail calf raises (60lb)
I know about crossfit. Who fucking doesn't? So today I go to do my workout and there is this insane bag lady with a kind of tea cosy on her head. T shirt reads: Crossfit London.
Of course it fucking does. So she is doing some strange barbell lift with about 15kg on the bar. Like if you started from the top of a row and then jerked. Then she throws the bar to the floor EVERY FUCKING TIME and runs out to the neighbouring hall.
I warm up. I load up the lat machine. I load up the leg press as they're adjacent. I usually do a Lat/leg set because I'm a fag.
I load up the press. She jumps on it WHILE I AM LOADING IT and says 'I'll just do a set while you <mumble mumble>'. I stand there with pl8 numbers 4 and just smh.
She finishes her shit no ROM set. Fucks off out of the room.
I put my 5pl8 load on and start. This lunatic cunt can't leave me alone and jumps on when I'm doing the lats. 'Mind if I do a set yeah?,' takes off 2pl8s and complains about it being too heavy for her, fucks off.
Comes back, drops the barbell a few times again. There are plates of ever size every fucking where. I load up for a bench and proceed.
I get the idea. 'hey, I do crossfit and I'm just gonna keep pushing it wherever I can. Fuck manners, fuck protocol, I'm going hard and my shitty form reps can't wait'.

Eggs with what?
Currently trying to cut. I'm going to start eating 3 boiled eggs for breakfast in an effort to eat healthier. Previously I've been eating muffins. Should I eat these with anything else? maybe a slice of toast or something? I don't lift or anything and for all intents and purposes assume little to no exercise.

Hey boys need your opinion on whether succubus-chan back at university wants the d or not.
Recently I became somewhat (lolnope) /fit/ and trying overall to be more presentable, and since I got gf.
anyway:
>succubus-chan is friends with my current gf.
>we barely met like the other day
>succubus-chan is really touchy with me all the time
>I don't see her often when my gf is around though.
okay, so my gf is currently out of town for a couple of weeks.
>having lunch with my d&d friends (sounds like b8 but it's true, they're a bunch of filthy unapproachable neckbeards, trust me. I'm like motherfucking charismachad by comparison though)
>table got dead quiet and everyone got stiff, so I sensed that a girl must be approaching from behind.
>it's succubus-chan!
>getting touchy.
>she asked for some help on a paper she had to submit
>i said sure, whenever i had some time.
>she picked some olives off my plate and giggled, wtf. (sounds like hambeast behaviour but she's actually attractive and cute)
>asked for my number.
>went back to her table.
So, after I got my macros on
>she called to ask me to listen to her practice some presentation.
>i took her to some student room where there was one foreign guy and a homo guy from our school as well.
>a female friend (lifelong friend, didn't know succubus-chan) comes into the room and rubs my shoulders for a while
>succubus-chan suddenly asks if we can go somewhere else to present, she's not comfortable there.
>before she presents finds an excuse to mention she has a boyfriend.
after a couple of hours she got back to being really touchy and friendly.
My neckbeard friends say that she wants the D and I should warn my gf that her friend is probably a shitty succubus.
I was inclined to agree but then she mentioned she has a boyfriend so I'm guessing I'll just make a fool out of myself and it may backfire on me. They have not been friends for a long time, nor are they close, though.
Should I tell her or, or will I just look weird?
>Doing diddlylifts today
>doing 2.5pl8 singles trying to get stronger
>palms sweatymom's spaghetti
>grip failing
>without chalk or even paper to help with it
>fear of mixed grip because imbalances
>gym worker complaining about noise >dropping weights too fast because of my grip
>say I couldn't help meself because palms sweaty as fuck
>autism kicks in
>probably prohibited of doing deadlifts if I don't better my grip fast
h-hold me /fit/, what should I do?
I'm on a poverty diet. I'm eating about 1,200 calories per day, but a reasonable percentage of this intake is protein. Protein requirement is absolute, right? not a percentage of total calories.
Also I have plenty of fat to burn for now. At what food intake will my body start to burn the protein I eat for energy instead of body fat? How does this effect the amount of protein I need to be eating?
Sorry if double post, I waited ten minutes but it didn't show up in the catalog.
/neckcrew/
Hey /fit/ I'm a young 21 year old thin neck white boy. I want to join the neck crew.
>What is the neck crew?
The Neck crew are a group of alpha male slayers that give off to women the vibe of dominance by having. Thick necks. Thick neck means high testerone and thus a low inhibition dom slayer.
Usually they have dominant jaws. But not always. Most of the jaw faggots are usually autists obssed with male modle twinks and their skinny arms and bone structure.
So what diets and excercises and must I do to get a thick neck, so I can join the neck crew.
RIDDLE ME THIS
Sup /fit/
I won't waste any time, so let's get to it.
I'm a 6'2 220 pounds fatass, and I stopped going to the gym for 2 years. Honestly, I had some gains, went from 30 pounds to 60 on the bench press, 10 to 20 pounds triceps, etc.
Anyway, i'm a poorfag. I work a shit job and have shit money. I've recently gotten into bodybuilding, but I have no one to spot my form and correct me.
I'm using this chart (in image), but it feels like it's missing some workouts. I notice there's no situps or crunches or whatever you wanna call em. I added some to my routine.
Question #1 : Is that chart any good, and the guy who made it? What do you think?
Question #2 : I don't "get" some of the stretches. I can never get a proper pecs stretch except with the doorway one, and i've been listening to Athlean-X's vids, and he seems to know what he's talking about. He recommends something much different. But it doesn't work.
Is athlean-X any good? Do you have any stretches for pecs and lats that actually work?
Question #3 : Is there anything I should be adding to my workout? So far i've been following this guide and added 3x8 crunches(situps whatever)
Trying to get good here. I was doing some assisted deep squats and my quads were fucking killing me the next day. Is that normal?

>" no you have a reason to live. everyone has a reason to live "
>sit up #5
>" im sorry i just cant do it "
>her eyes are so red it's a miracle tears aren't pouring out
tell me /fit/ what do you say to a girl who just told you she wants to die and doesn't deserve to live, because of her weight?
There's a bit more to the story, but it's plenty long now so I'll leave it at that unless people care.
plateau
I need your help /fit/ I've been lifting for 18 months or so, mainly powerlifting and have reached a plateau. I train 4/5 times a week and eat a decent amount but can't seem to put on any more mass. I really can't gain much more strength at the mass I'm at since I'm fairly small (female btw). Any suggestions of how to overcome this?
Growing taller?
Assuming your growth plates aren't boned yet, is it possible to increase your height gains? How?
I've heard that good diet and lots of sleep helps. There's a lot of 'grow taller excercises' videos on youtube but none of them are proven to work. I'm pretty tall already but want to get huge.
Bill Kazmaier dropped out of college to pursue lifting weights. I hate school and am considering doing the same thing. How can I make this work? If I live like a hermit I'll be able to cut down on a lot of expenses, but I still will have to deal with the costs of extra food and steroids if I want to be successful.
College student here, I'm determined to live the LMS lifestyle (looks money starus) the only lifestyle that is legit.
I think I'm almost there. I've had my second interview for a summer job that will net roughly 10k.
Hopefully I'll be able to use this for high deff liposuction, chin augment, cheakbone augment, Facial fat removal, and removing the bags under my eyes from middle school wow addiction.
I'll be able to have slayer facial aesthetics. What are you doing to living the LMS lifestyle, besides gymceling which I'm already doing.
Routine Thread
Let's have a good old fashioned routine thread. r8 h8 masturb8
I'm running a slightly modified SS.
A:
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
B:
Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Chinups 3xF
AxBxAxx Every week
I used to run straight SS, but I stopped lifting for a while. Recently started again.
I was hardly progressing on my bench, so I figured I should increase the frequency on that, hence ABA every week.
Deadlifting 1 and a half times a week is also kinda little, so that's another benefit of it.
I used to do power cleans, but I was hardly progressing on it anyway, it was really difficult. I was probably doing it wrong anyway. Plus I managed to tear my hamstrings doing them once and I've been wary ever since. Still feel it flare up when I do heavy deadlifts.
I'm weak as fuck at chinups. Can only do 3 for now. Shit sucks. I feel so awkward standing around taking a decent sized pause after doing so few. Then again, there's only one way to progress. I'll get there, I'm sure.
Been considering adding some curls too, but haven't really felt like it yet.
Opinions? Post your routines too.
Concentration Curls and all things curls
/fit/ Drop me some truth about Concentration curls, do they work as intended? I mean, working your biceps fully, without cheats and etc, I noticed I could feel sore in the next day after doing them, something that I couldn't feel in normal barbell curls.
/fit/ I ain't gay I swear but I met some dude early last year in February and he's my best friend been texting/calling him pretty much everyday. Like neither of us are virgins, we love pussy. We even bragged about girls that we got to each other in great sexual detail. We helped each other through everything from existential crisis's to lady trouble. We've been supporting each other and really become close as friends, more than I thought was possible. Then we decided to get out of our parents house and share rent in this apartment in Idaho, we made a whole new group of friends there and we attack this dive bar pretty much every other night and go clubbing on weekends. I share all my feelings with him and we're dead honest 24/7
Then shit started getting real no homo between us. He hugged me once when this girl he liked turned him down and I was like I get it bro I get it but you're hugging me and crying. Stop.
And to make matters worse all of our new friends tease us for being the gayest 'friends' they ever met. And it's obvious neither of us are comfortable about our sexuality because we always manage to keep getting offended or upset when they tease us.
I've never been gay. I've been browsing /fit/ and chasing the pussy my entire life. Why did it come to this? What do I do to end this before I lose my sanity? Because both of us are very clearly no homo for eachother.
Fat Person Shaming/Hate, pt. 2
A woman has been given a card while travelling on the Tube in London from an organisation which says it "hates and resents fat people".
Kara Florish has called the note from Overweight Haters Ltd "cowardly" and "hateful".
One side of the card says the word 'fat', according to a photo posted by Ms Florish on social media.
The other side reads: “Our organisation hates and resents fat people. We object to the enormous amount of food resources you consume while half the world starves.”
“We disapprove of your wasting NHS money to treat your selfish greed. And we do not understand why you fail to grasp that by eating less you will be better off, slimmer, happy and find a partner who is not a perverted chubby-lover, or even find a partner at all.”
“We also object that the beatiful pig is used as an insult [sic]. You are not a pig. You are a fat, ugly human.”
dysmorphia and arthritis help
So basically I have arthritis in my right knee, body dysmorphic disorder, and am super scared of the latter being aggravated into an activity disorder/eating disorder. I've been thinking about getting some exercise stuff going nothing huge, just enough so my body can pulling shit like torturing me (so to speak). Any advice and things to look out for to make sure I don't develop and activity/eating disorder?
Fucked Up lifts
>Gym today
>Did some shit in the Routine
>Tested my lifts just for fun
>130kg Deadliftx4
>52kg Overhead Pressx4
>105kg Squatsx2
>64kg Bench Pressx4
/fit/ am I fucked for life? my lifts are pretty disproportional compared to my bench and I'm trying to add volume to it but it's still lagging like hell, Does someone here can relate to it?
Sup /fit/, didn't see anything about this in the sticky so I figure it'll make a good thread.
I have really bad Agoraphobia, and the thought of going to a public place packed with sweaty people all in view of each other makes me feel nervous and like vomiting. So, so far I've avoided going to the a gym at all despite my desire to not be a scrawny shit anymore.
For the past year I've been doing Calisthenics on and off out of a book called "Convict Conditioning" (cringey title, but the info inside seemed decent at the time), but something never felt right whenever I've worked out this way, especially in the bones (poor posture?). Due to that I ended up stopping sometimes for a month at a time, thus hurting any progress I might've really made.
However, recently I used my friend's 25lb dumb bell for a minute when I was over at his place, and the action of lifting something that way actually felt GOOD rather than the rough/wrong feeling I was get doing push ups and such.
So I'm now interested in investing money in buying home equipment, so I can actually work out at home without suffering the same way I do when I go to work. The problem is that I still live with my parents for economic reasons, and they've never been keen on things taking up space at all (for example: refusing to allow me to buy an exercise bike with my own money as a kid). So I need equipment that can all go into a storage box in our closet or garage when I'm done with it.
Anyone else here have a home gym like this, or could anyone point me in the right direction?
tl;dr, If you're not interested in reading all that crap I just typed out:
-I'm agoraphobic and can't go to the Gym
-Calisthenics don't feel right for me
-I need space-saving equipment that can be stored in a box when I'm done with it
-Looking for some recommendations as to what I should buy.
To my understanding, cardio works simply because the more you do it, the more weight you lose without repercussion (in comparison to lifting, where if you lift too often and try to make gains too fast you fuck yourself over). I could be wrong on this, but my point is that I want to lose weight before making big gains (I can't even do one pull-up yet). I'm roughly 220lbs~, 5'11", and pic rel is the exact kind of exercise bike I have. How much weight do you guys think I could lose on this motherfucker by April?
I just bought an exercise watch (sportline 660) and it doesn't fit on my wrist. This is a MENS WATCH yet only my girlfriend can wear it comfortably.
The chest strap barely fits on my chest, and only that because its elastic. It's completely uncomfortable.
Why the fuck is everything made for manlets nowadays?
Even my shitty car will only fit me in if I pull the seat back to the maximum.
I'm a fat shit trying to get /fit/, I started 7 months ago and I've basically been doing SL 5x5 but mixing in some accessory stuff when I feel like it, and sometimes doing 3x8 instead. On my off days I do 30 minutes on the bike machine, increasing the resistance when I feel comfortable. I'm almost at the max resistance setting now and I can maintain 55-60RPM the entire time.
I'm also counting calories and trying not to go over 2000. Fitbit says my maintenance calories is 2900 or so. It's one of the waist ones and I frequently clock 15,000 steps in a day before even getting to the gym, but then wear it inside as well. According to the fitbit, I burn like 4,300 calories in a day. I'm skeptical, but in the beginning I lost weight pretty rapidly so maybe it's true. My calorie counting is science-exact, like I put slices of cheese on a food scale and measure by grams and then calculate the calories based on the serving size instead of estimating. I'm not fucking around.
When I started, I weighed 400lb and I'm down to 355ish, but I'm sort of stalling with the weight loss. Like at the end of last week, the super accurate gym scale said I was 352, and then I went back up to like 356 over the weekend somehow, yesterday was 353 and today was 355 again. I know that weight measurements are influenced by hydration, how recently you've eaten, etc. But I measure myself exactly the same time every day, and I always take a shit first for consistency's sake. I have lost three pants sizes, from a 56 down to 50. But it seems to be getting harder to actually lose WEIGHT.
My question: is it possible I'm gaining muscle fast enough that the weight of the new muscle offsets the weight of lost fat? I had assumed that, regardless of the "muscle is more dense" thing, I'd still burn off fat faster than I made gains. Am I just gonna hover around this weight until I become entirely muscle and leave humanity behind?
How do you cope with it?
>newfag
>come from a wealthy family, dad is exec
>me trying to become /fit/, doing exercise and eating healthy
>refuse shitty food on every ocassion with friends, gf, and at college
>suddenly, bourgeoise father takes me to an annual family dinner
>huge fucking banquet, spare no expense
>fight it all the way, have them serve me a glass of water and meat
>refusing temptation with an iron will
>shitty gourmet portions but will do
>suddenly, dessert
>icanteven.jpg
>start shitting up excuses to eat
>hell why not
>some fucking strawberry pie defeats me
How do you cope with it, fit?
I aint worth shit
Non alpha arm being alpha?
>Right arm is the dominant
>Noticed struggling with right arm in the bench press
>Left arm was always the weakest
>Left arm always press 1~2kg more weight than the right one
What kind of sorcery is that brehs? Does it correct itself through time?
inb4 stop fapping too much
inb4 nofap isn't a meme
inb4 my left arm is making it
I eat like 3 - 6 eggs a day 5 - 7 days a week.
Are eggs good for me?
I hear mixed things from different people.
Apparently I'm going to get heart disease and have a stroke before I'm 40 eating that many eggs. Oh, I eat the entire egg.
They're so good and I get to determine if I add a lot, a little, or no salt.
trapped in a sense
So I'm a trap, and I have had the trap body type for awhile. I don't know why but I have stayed somewhat in shape for awhile without much effort. But I know that as I get older I will need to exercise to stay in shape. So does /fit/ have any recommendations for me to exercise but not lose the body type?
Gallon oil a day
Due to falling oil prices One Gallon of Milk is Now Worth Nearly Two Gallons of Oil
With crude oil at a 12-year low that means it is now even cheaper than milk.
The one gallon price of West Texas Intermediate crude is nearly equal to just half a gallon of Class III milk. That makes this the lowest ratio since 2004.
Calories in a gallon of milk: 2400 Calories
Calories in gallon of crude oil: (6.1e9 / 42) J = 34,700 Calories

Family full of normies, help
Mates, short version of the story. I need help, my dear mother went bat shit crazy because she doesn't know shit about lifting and was scared when I said about deadlifting 80kg mild-easily and squatting 70kg mild-easily, saying things like snapping my fuck out of the world and normie shit, she supposedly did some something in her youth She was an athletic person but just in sports like surf and others, not lifting with weights but for 5 years and probably only light weight because she wasn't serious about getting stronger/wasn't aware of her potential. What can I do to convince her about me lifting correctly and what a decent progress looks like?
I'm a college student and I'm trying to lose a bunch of weight. My question is, does alcohol consumption prevent weight loss? I know beer is a ton of empty calories, so I avoid that shit like the plague, but what about vodka or other lower-calorie drinks? It's recently occurred to me that I may have to forego alcohol in order to reach my goals, what do you all think?
Past several years i have been researching the art of cutting. Keto diet, Hiit Trainings, Mental will to keep going. I have found out that people are actually addicted to sugar and carbs and most of the obese people although they know how to lose weight will fail.
They will fail even though they have serious medical problem and only opinion for them is to lose weight. They have will to fight but the addiction is too strong because it strikes to our very primal level of consciousness and that is to survive. Fat people are not at fault. They try so hard yet urges are so strong that most of them literally break down crying while they chomp on chocolate.
So i have been thinking really hard to help those poor people and also to you who struggle with excessive body fat and are unable to shed it.
Fight the addiction with another addiction and i mean this literally. I have found out that common painkillers based on Paracetamol which are used to treat pain and fever kill the need for eating. The best about those kind of drugs is, your need for sugar and carbs is absolute null. You dont need to eat anything if you take slightly excessive dosage every 4-8 hours. You can get them without doctor prescribe. I have been testing this method on myself and i have lost 4kg past this month. The negative effects are thirst, thats all.
Happy weight losing.
Puking after Squats, Cursed Smith Machine?
>New gym with trainer and lots of equipment
>Solid Bloke, strong as hell, competed in powerlifting here in hueland
>Made me do 3 sets of 20 in almost every machine to train some hypertrophy in the first week and take note of my results
>Literally puked after squatting on the smith machine after 15 reps using 50% less weight than I'm used to with free weights/barbell for 3x5 56kg on the Smith, 100kg on the normal squat
The fuck is happening brahs? He isn't forcing me to use the smith machine, just to make me adapt to the back squat with it and keep my posture/feet straight, does it's cursed or some shit? I felt like dying afterwards.
TL;DR How to not puke after squatting

THANK YOU /fit/
Hey /fit/,
this is just a quick Thank You for everything you've done for me. One year ago I was almost 280pounds with not a single bit of proper muscle. I was content with that, didn't care about myself, believed I could be healthy at every size.
Than a /pol/ thread sent me here to a fat-shaming thread and I recognised myself in the lazy gluttons that you made fun of and I felt like shit. I joined a gym, counted calories. I lost 46pounds last year and built up muscles, since yesterday I have a girlfriend for the first time in 5 years. She's overweight as well, we go to the gym together and motivating each other.
Everytime I lost the will to work out, I checked out another fat-shaming thread. You might very well have saved my life!
Thank you /fit/
Things we figured out last year
>dumbbell bench presses are better than barbell bench presses unless you're a powerlifter
>you didn't achieved intermediate levels, you have pretty shitty habits and you can't even manage to make noob gains
>EVERY program with realistic progression methods will work
ITT you tell what you learned from 2015
Motherfuckin protein thread
So I'm a poorfag, and I need atleast 150gs of protein a day to build muscle or even keep what I have.
This shit costs 28 dollars at my local Walgreens and it seems bretty gud, but I'm wondering if my fellow /fit/izens know a better deal I could get.
This stuff has 60gs of protein per two scoops.
Also can we have another high test thread? Last one died.
I need your help, /fit/. Yesterday I noticed a upper back pain while I walked for about 30 minutes carrying some food. I though it was poor posture in the shoulders and then, I tried to do some front squat to fix it. The surprise for me: I could not get in the position, my elbows still pointing down (red) and not foward (green), when I tried to force then to point foward, the bar almost cut my head off. So, what can I do to fix this?
Running Sucks
>run for 30 minutes
>feel like death stalks me
>nauseous, tired, drained of all energy, when I get back home it's all I can do to drag myself into the shower and bathe
>feel like I'm sick for the rest of the day
>lift weights for 30 minutes
>feel fucking great
>full of energy, everything is lighter, when I get back home I'm horny as hell because my body is full of endorphins or dopamine or something, it's all I can do to not jack off in the shower
>feel like everything is going to be okay for the rest of the day
Why does running suck so hard?
Hammer Curls
Do you guys got any opinions on hammer curls? I'm thinking about changing the conventional barbell curl to this one, it works forearms better and I don't care too much about biceps. To be honest, doing curls in the end of the workout is quite annoying Goat illustration tho Sorry the low quality
Feels Thread
Seems like the infamous feels thread fucked off
Woop woop time to start another one,
>be me 19
>gains are looking good
>feel like I'm at peak strength
>bench/dl/squat have been rocketing since last year
>school is going awesome
>good circle of friends
>but that void is still there
>I figured enough is enough so I download Tinder
>began to realise like two days in and 30 matches in no one is really serious about it
>find one girl that I'm genuinely interested in
>we both talk about dc universe and marvel
>message for like 6 hours through the day and into the night
>ask her for her fb so we can talk there instead
>fast forward like 5 days of just messaging
>we both get tired of messaging and decide to meet up finally
>go for dinner at a restaurant which is in a shopping center
>we kick it off so good I feel myself falling for her so hard
>we keep physical contact throughout the whole date
>go on sofa at shopping center to cuddle and kiss
note this is like my first experience with a girl and a date
>the warmth and contact of her body make me so comfortable
>we talk about our second date and our future while touching and cuddling each other
>on this sofa for like 2 hours straight
>fast forward 2 days later
>consistently messaging each other
>plan second date
>really feel like we are going to be such a good couple
>catch feelings for her so easily maybe too easily
>one day before second date I receive a message from her
>"I think we should just be friends *smiley face emoji*
>panicked and started messaging what and why and wtf asking her what the fuck is going through her head
>she says she wanted to friend zone me now because she didn't want to drag it on
>says she wasn't feeling it
>she just ignores me after 3 messages
>I sit at home and skip gym
>sit in the same spot on my sofa for 3 hours straight in silence
>I feel a feeling in my chest like a void or hole and i just want to get rid of it
>so I just start screaming trying to make myself scream or cry it out
>just feel empty It felt so perfect
Feel like trying to re ignite it with her but I know that's a bad idea but I really felt like she was the one… Should I be feeling this depressed? Is it just because she was the first girl I was really serious about?
Hold me fit… pic related was my expression reading the 'friendzone message'
Does weed help gains?
Hey /fit/, I'm a 20yo college student living in student chamber (9m square) and with no access to the gym.( I usually go to /k/)
I need to lose 30kg to be fit and I really need it because being chubby ain't easy, especially when you look like a 15yo…
I smoke pot and I've read that it help to stimulate the insulin and the thyroid, but since I've read that in a 420lifestyle website, I'm a little suspicious about that.
I don't want to lose weight to fuck bitches (even if I want to get rid of my virginity) and it's not because of the fucking new year resolution.
It's been since my 9yo that I'm chubby, and now, after all the bullies, the friendzone and the unhealthy life it bring, I'm finally done with it. I'm ready to suffer, to bleed, to cry, but I won't go back to a Jack Black mode…
Also, if you have any advice/ exercises/ recipes to make me lose weight faster, it will be so nice…
Rate muh diet
Alright /fit/, rate my diet. It seems to be working pretty well so far; I've gone from 107kg to 92kg last time I weighed, but that was a while ago and I've since (shamefully) deviated. I feel as if I've gone up but others say I haven't.
>No potato
>No bread
>Minimal rice
>Lots of red meat (beef, lamb)
>Lots of white meat (fish, chicken, less so pork)
>Lots of fresh fruit (apples, watermelon, grapes, other fruits if they're cheap)
>Lots of salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, salt, oregano, olive oil, occasionally capsicum and onion)
>Leafy vegetables when available (usually boiled, and with olive oil/lemon juice)
>Absolutely no sweets, juices, or soft drinks
>Neutral on cheese; don't eat enough of it to make a rule in the first place
I wholly acknowledge that this is a shitpost, and that /k/ isn't my personal blog
