Not even that guy, but in Texas we've been getting in-n-outs all over the place and it is just an average fast food burger. Really McDonalds isn't too bad, the Bacon Clubhouse is probably the best fast food burger outside of smaller chain places or Whataburger. And it's great at what it does as a comedy, and doesn't throw away the idea of plot progression completely, it's just that comedic elements take priority. Maybe the first Durarara. The first and second season of Durararara x 2 has been a mix of redoing the first season and a lot of pointless excursions that don't matter but the end of that season course where something actually happens. There was some interesting flashback moments but if you want to get the main jist of what's going on and not waste too much time, the previews at the begininning of each episode will speed that up easily. Third season finally got to something interesting at the halfway mark and I feel like caring about it now.

I'm not sure how anyone can follow Durarara's plot at times. I know it has more style than substance but it just has so many of those Tarentino moments of dialogue that doesn't contribute anything. It's just interesting for its own sake. I been watching Durararara x 2 at the start and I didn't get what they were going for until this season. It may be contributed to me watching a lot of anime each season and never rewatching x2 but I've had no trouble with any other anime than this. It feels like I have to go back and take notes of each little detail in an episode and even when I have it all together, I'll get it a little but I still wouldn't be satisfied.

It's fine but suffers from being a poor adaptation that doesn't really do justice to the source material.

Literally the only below-average show on that list is Shikabane Hime. Medaka Box and C3bu suffer from genre shifts that turn some people off but are still otherwise fine. Although C3bu doesn't follow the source at all.

PSG and Pleiades are great, Magica Wars is fine if you appreciate that it's essentially a pixiv art collaboration and is part of a larger project not meant to be viewed as a stand-alone thing.

Hanamaru Kindergarten is great if you like cute shit. No sexualizing allowed.

Gainax only gets a lot of flak these days because they're just another studio now. They're not producing hits one after another like they used to, but they're not terrible either. And even then, Gainax still produced some top-quaity garbage back in the day. Pic related.
