Finding sugar mamas is something that's incredibly rare. You'd have to be incredibly good-looking and charismatic (or have something going for you in general) in order to have even the slightest chance of finding one. In terms of IRL older women, you consider yourself lucky if you can find one that doesn't mind if you don't spoil them with material goods.
As has been mentioned, they're generally rather mentally unstable, due to absence of previous relationships or them being shit for them (sometimes that's on them). There's a few decent ones out there, though.
Finally, don't expect pristine bodies with slightly aged-looking faces. Many have saggier tits (particularly if they're larger ones), flabby bodies (particularly midsection/ass/thighs), scars from various things, much older-looking faces, etc. If you can find one that's above-average compared to other women lookswise, again, consider yourself lucky.
