If you drank her milk, wouldn't you gain some of the estrogen she's got coursing through her? Also, I heard that pregnant women can be insatiable and that fucking can lower testosterone. Seems counter productive to gains but you gained a child and wife. I still hope it turns out to be a healthy kid.
