First stop was the embedded video, but googling the names brought up a couple anonib links with more pictures of her. Her name's apparently Heather.

For a moment thought I'd hit a dead end there as he doesn't have any pictures of her posted, and many of his tweets sound like they've broken up, but I checked his followers, and sure enough she's on there. This is her twitter:
