Happy anniversary, GamerGate!

To commemorate one year of ethics, shitposting, and sealions galore, we're announcing the start of a new gamedev project: Project SOCJUS.

>What is it?

Project SOCJUS is going to be a 2D beat-'em-up/platformer featuring Vivian James and other GamerGate characters taking on all of SocJus. It may or may not be a Metroidvania, depending on time constraints. The game's plot will cover the events of 2014.

>Plot summary

Thirty years after 1984, in the futuristic Orwellian dystopia of 2014.

IngSoc has fallen, but nothing has changed.

The world is in the grip of a new totalitarian regime: SocJus.

They claim to want equality for all…but some are more equal than others.

One group refuses to listen and believe: Infinity.

They are the last resistance against SocJus.

But Vivian James doesn't care about any of that.

Until one wrong step puts her between them and total domination.

Now, they're coming for her.

And they won't stop until she's erased.

Most likely just PC for now.

Fall/Winter 2016.

I've heard of that before. Not really a fan of their artstyle myself, but I don't think it looks that similar. The artstyle for PSJ is still in development, though, so it might change a few more times before the final release.

The original version of her is disaffected. Playing vidya is the only thing that really motivates her, and she usually has some caustic remark ready re: shitty casual gamers, especially when they go online and fuck up her co-op sessions.

She doesn't care about her appearance, which is why she sticks to the hoodie and jeans and doesn't do anything with her hair.

Later imaginings have her as largely a console gamer, with /v/ giving her crap about not being part of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race, and her not really caring that he thinks she has shit taste. They bond over multiplayer games.

The fancomics that have her interacting with the other board avatars have her largely ignoring them, or treating them like weird/creepy aunts and uncles. When paired with Gilda (or whatever the reddit avatar's name was), Viv treats her like the annoying dumb kid she is, but secretly cares a little bit.

So I really like vivian's hoodie guys. I kinda want one for myself, it looks comfy as fuck and I like the colors. Problem is I've searched around looking to buy one for about a month or two but with no luck. I keep seeing t-shirts and shit featuring vivian but no actual reproductions of her striped hoodie. Why?
