One on the left has a bit too much embellishment, although includes all the woods and terrain which is nice.

Right one is perfect for making shit up in homebrews.

And this Arda map is hilariously wrong, but nice none the less. Think it's from Atlas of Middle-Earth I believe.

It was the biggest manor and occupied the entire space between one side of the mountain and the other, stretched beneath all three of the Misty Mountains biggest peaks (Redhorn, Silvertine and Cloudyhead)

Incidentally, the Tower of Durin where Gandalf finally ends the Balrog is on Silvertine.
