Sounds like an awesome project. You could try adding lots of multi color bookmarks to it. I was looking for a picture of one and saw this, kinda reminds me of three silmarils.

I practiced a shit ton and di it.

Unfortunately, the paper my copy is made out of isn't that good for handwriting with dip pens, but it came out moderately well.

Added the Song of Durin, Fall of Gil-galad and Elven Hymn to Elbereth.

Not sure what to add next.

I'm crazy enough to get actual manuscript paper and actually hand copy the entire thing. I just need to find it.
