I'm not gonna say but it's a shitty post-war town in one of the homes counties.

No museums, no galleries, nothing of cultural or historical significance, a shit town centre with half the shops closed down or closing down. Ranked highly as one of the ugliest towns in the UK. The public transport is utter shit where buses routinely don't turn up because the driver decided to skip a route. beyond some restaurants and pubs (oh and a cinema) there is NOTHING good here.

London is alright but it does lose it's wonder. I've gone there a few times to wander around but the museums don't change too frequently, and. I don't know. I guess it's because I don't have any friends.

I wouldn't say MK is that near to London. Obviously it's not as far as Dorset, but it's still about an hours drive to get to the north border, or a 1 hour 20 minute train journey to the centre. The only times I ever went there was when I was already at my dads house, when he still lived in Hertfordshire.

And once you've seen all the touristy stuff, it's just a bunch of shitty buildings, exhaust fumes, noise pollution, and people walking into you non-stop. I'll always prefer to be away from all that and somewhere peaceful with a bit of nature, like a woods or a big hill with a nice view.
