Using a LIGHT class suit.

Build is AVIAN, with SKATES. These cost a total of 30 points, and raise my speed to 5 while on flat ground.

Paying 10 points for the SOLDIER AI, and 5 points for the NERVE SUIT. Total 45 points spent.

My HUD is BASIC, with HAWKEYE. 50 points spent.

For comms, I'll buy the TERMINAL. 60 points spent.

Upgrades before weapons - I'm paying 10 points for KINETIC STABILIZERS and 10 points for MANEUVERING ROCKETS. 80 points spent, 6 SPD, 5 DEX.

As for weapons? 15 points for a BEAM SABER shores up my melee. Just for kicks, I'ma make it a Cloud-Strife style greatsword. My ranged power will go to FLAMETHROWER. 10 points for the ability to violate all sorts of human rights laws and strike fear into the hearts of my enemies? Sign me up, man. 105 points spent.

Well, that's my core build. Might as well put some points into things I don't really need.

15 points - PROXIMITY MINES. I can't wait to throw these puppies around. It's gonna be great.

It's clear that the guy who created this CYOA wanted me to take Cyber Brain, so why not? 10 points to CYBER BRAIN, 5 to MARTIAL ARTS, and 5 to COMBAT VETERAN. 140 total points spent.

I'll shell out 20 points for ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS III. I really don't want to accidentally toast myself with a flamethrower or anything. 160 points spent.

Up to 170 points spent for COLLAPSIBLE and GRAPPLING HOOKS. Nothing will restrain my maneuverability. I will not permit it.

10 more for a CAPACITOR - 180 points spent.

Last 20 points go to HYDRA and MYCELIUM, just so I can not die as much. Defenses are weight that I don't want to carry.

With all my points spent, I am the coolest glass cannon this side of that one Griselbrand Modern deck. I am absurdly fast and agile, and deal lots of damage. Unfortunately, my DUR is 1, so if I take damage I lose. Better not get hit, huh?

I'm at my strongest versus melee and ranged weapons. Explosives and AoE weapons are my weakness.

Ok so I'm going to try something a bit different and focus on an "out of suit build" designed for support, and infiltration.

Ok first of I'm choosing the Mesh for it's support rate as well as the free stealth option if I ever needed it.

Moon - 238856 Miles / spd+5 (768mph) = 312 hours
312 / 24 hours = 13 days to get to the moon
(side note apollo 11 took 4 days important information in the event someone tries to mount an attack)

25 Day active (power from overlord + capacitor) - 19.5 day travel time (to and from in the event of Emergency Evac)
13 Days to get to moon / 6.5 Days to return in the event of Evac (emergency Evac gives +10spd so I'd have to assume it'd be atleast twice as fast as base fortress' +5spd)

Continuous propulsion means jack if you cant break accelerate past the break point where gravity is concerned. helium balloons don't make it into space man, upper atmosphere maybe but space isn't an option unless you reach escape velocity.

I wanted to get into space, land my shit on the moon and set up a space fortress base of operations, hold the GPS orbital constellation for ransom and use it for finding other suit users (Everything uses GPS).

No ones going to fuck with a moon base, barely anyone can get there (in fact nobody can get there)

And yes I picked flight but speed says "fly at supersonic speeds" which isn't enough to get into outer-space.

Dude, if you can get enough propulsion to fly upwards, or "against the stream of gravity" at 10 meters over the earth, you're still going to have the propulsion to fly against gravity at 10.000 meters, or 100.000 meters. You'll be dealing with less gravity and air-resistance.

That's because balloons fly by displacing heavier air. You can't compare that to a rocket.
A rocket doesn't need air, it can just keep pushing and pushing upwards and away. Well, normal rockets can't, because they run out of fuel, and they might need to reach a certain velocity before that happens. But we're talking about suits that regenerate and restock their own ammo, ostensibly with magic. I imagine they don't run out of fuel either.

Having control of the GPS constellation won't let you find shit, because the chip in your phone or dashboard GPS doesn't transmit anything. That's why it's called a GPS Receiver. Think of it like this:

You're at sea, in dense fog.

You can't see the shore, but you can see three lighthouses.
You can tell them apart (maybe the lights are different colors or something) and you have a map of where each lighthouse is relative to you.
Therefore, using high school math, you can tell where you are.


But imagine, now, you are someone else, sitting somewhere else, and you control the lighthouses.
You can screw with the loser at sea, making him (and anyone else unfortunate enough to be at sea in the area) unable to figure out where he is, or, with some careful math, trick someone into thinking they're somewhere else, maybe lead them about blindly until they run into a reef, but you can't figure out where they are, because they don't have a light bright enough for you to see.

Really, I've designed this thing with exploration in mind. I'm able to cover large distances quickly thanks to flying, as well as explore underwater and even space. As for weapons, I have two:

The rail rifle for potential distant threats.

And for anything that's close by, I use my high speed and (presumably) thick armour to run them the fuck over. Simple and effective. Also the Elven abilities should come in handy, and the nerve suit can presumably be used outside of the vehicle, right? Only you'd be without a HUD.

Actually now that I think about it, I'd probably go for the Hopper body type. It'd be pretty much the same because of cost and the Dexterity boost, and I don't really mind losing a single point of Durability. It's just that the Quadruped would take up more space and make maneuvering more difficult, plus the Hopper's legs would make it easier for me to jump into the air, then fall back down on people.

Basically this suit is the ultimate melee/emp/hacker stealth agent, the only thing it is lacking is radar, but thats not necessary

because its only suited to close quarter combat anyways and thus wont be in a war.

The brain upgrade should allow me to survive even if I die using the suit, but the suits really high recharge rate means I wont need to take it off but for one hour a day, and when I do take it off I can just turn it into a bracelet and wear it around casually in true stealth agent form. I got an uplifted agent ai that can be uploaded into drone form to do the infiltration for me when I am sleeping/doing other human activities, it can also protect me while I am sleeping, maybe it can even pilot my suit. It's pretty important that the ai has an avatar because that lets me use it even when my suit is in bracelet form and I am thus not connected to the brain uplink. Being a stealth operator and hacker will probably make it really easy to make a lot of money without putting my life on the line by going into direct war, so I think it'll help me to live out the rest of my human life comfortably, and then when I die I can live on as the suit, and have no problems with that because the suit is well suited for hiding from danger.

Actually, I don't. "Carrier" special ability can support 12 drones, 15 humans, or a large vehicle. I hit the 12 cap on drones. Though, losing a drone or two to have you in there would be a good deal, another suit is always better than a drone.

Let's have a look at a build I can cobble together.

Thoughts

Mesh right off the bat makes me relatively slow but due to the high dexterity it basically turns me into Cameron Hicks from Alphas. I can only go a day without recharging but I completely recharge all my power and durability in one hour.

Improved Stealth and Assassinate work so well together that it's ludicrous. I start with a major edge against everyone who doesn't expect me and I can easily escape from a lot of situations with Camouflage (despite what the description says. I just need to be smart about my actions)

Medic is awesome when I work together with some people. They will recover all their shit in less than an hour up to 30 minutes.

After playing Bayonetta 2 I really have a hard time not to choose the Tauric body type. I want to either boost my speed or gain a form of movement especially useful for a camouflaged assassin. Since my camouflage is infinite I'll take Lamia to fuck around as the spooky killer that comes out of nowhere,

Soldier AI fits great into the silent killer I seem to be making. Agent fits the same mold but for slightly different tactics.

Hud choices are fucking insane. Would take all if that wouldn't take so many of my points.

COMMs. Same thing. Down to exactly 100 points now.

The Plasma Bow is a silent weapon (doesn't specify it but come on, it's a bow and the weapon next to it is basically a continuously exploding shrapnel grenade). High Damage works well with the ability to find weakpoints and such.

Uplift and Ghost are because of Magical Realm reasons. Nothing more than that. Polyglot is an absolute must have: Communicating with a shit ton of people AND being able to manipulate them? Sign me up. Stabilizers are there to make my escapes more likely and finally give me a speed boost.

Nanites were an easy choice too seeing that I have exactly 40 points left. Canvas wasn't necessary seeing that when Progenitor takes away my fucking short-sightedness I will finally be able to wear those sunglasses that actually look really, really good on me. As for fictional character guy that may get these nanites? He may have liked Canvas 2 because he is all sneak-like but never actually having to leave his suit allows for Clark Kent-ish shenanigans and that makes for more fun adventures.
