I only created the flower and hat, I got the doctor robe from my local hospital.
I could not find any good pattern for either the hat nor the flower so I made a lot of designs in paper, then used textile. Here is a similar pattern, you get the idea.
The flower pretty much was 5 pyramids with round corners sewn together into a ring.

I don't have any better shots, but I wore this quick-fix to school and a mall with friends on Halloween. It came down to an inch or two lower than the second photo shows, and hid my shorts underneath so I looked pantless. The band had a parade of sorts through the school in the morning. I was one of the 4 in the front line, and heard no less than 3 shouts of "I love you Ebola-Chan!" from spectators.

I don't know. I've yet to find out because I received them just today. There's no law that prohibits it. Freedom of religion and stuff. :3
One of the prints missed the text (was included in .PNG I supplied to printshop but they didn't notice it because of transparent background not being different from white text in their printer software) so that one I got for free.
I have previously ordered some other shirts from the same place. (Pic)
The glare from heat transfer prints is quite annoying at times. The prints made with fewer colors (like that Karhu-Pedobear hybrid) that are made with direct printing don't glare (plus they're more flexible and can be discontinuous, like separate letters).
Now that REMOVE KEBAB T-shirt could technically qualify as "hatespeech". I do wear it whenever I want to buy keban though. Even if it carries the risk of being stabbed by the chef. (Or having something inappropriate added to my meal.)
