Hey /ebola/! /monster/ here we have a bit of a situation on our hands, the Human Chimera Prohibition Act of 2005 was a bill designed to keep human chimera's from ever happening. In short the bill failed, but we want to make sure something like this would never endanger both our girls and yours. We have already gotten /pol/'s attention on this, but we though because of our good ties you would want in on this.
A bill like H.P.C.A would endanger both monster girls and disease-tans from ever becoming real.
