There's crucial detail. Nurgle is about inner peace, self-acceptance and seeing true nature of world. HAES is about lies and pretends, making other believe in cultists' wraped view.

They do not spread true Nurgle word of harmony and peace, but twisted Malal word of self deceit.

There is no such thing as health at every size. If you are obese, then you are unhealthy, plain and simple. When more deluded land whales die of their own unhealthy decisions, this equates to less people for Ebola-Chan to potentially love.
