We're looking to better organize ourselves for the next cup. Where's the best place to start in order to learn PES 15 management? Also what do I need to better prepare the team?

for tactics, you can be busch league and take some of the tactics from good teams in the 4cc.

i usually set up my tactics and formation like it's a ice hockey game and it almost always ends up killing the other team.

tactics and formation should cater to whatever your best players are

I layered the kit template so I can make our home and away kits easily. Let's come up with some uniforms.

Home: Remove Kebab camo?

Away: some sort of stalker suit?

I vote for some Rhodesia Uniform like pic related, them shorts man.

Also we need to make our players white and what are our main color schemes? Home and aways tend to be like this. So Rhodesia would probably be away.

Home: Lighter colors

Away: Darker colors.

I dont know any light colors but we can always do the Chocolate Chip Desert Camo might be a good one.
