Basically when /fatpeoplehate/ got made some /intl/ posters went to welcome them with memes and the /fph/ owner who seems to be a NOFUNALLOWED faggot started banning people for shitposting/baneposting which pissed /intl/ off and escalated the shitposting until /fph/ hit 3rd on the top 25 boards which sent /b/, /meta/ and /operate/ into a frenzy and in response along with built up hatred of /intl/ drama decided to raid /intl/ with Desuposting and other shit. Along with this Hotwheels blew a gasket thinking he'd lose another exodus of posters, which he hasn't yet, and told /operate/ about the current bills for 8chan being 2k USD a month however 2ch pays the bills but if 8ch derives into shitposting sprees caused by board popularity wars they may cut 8ch off. So in response Hotwheels disabled Top 25 (it can be turned on again in the options menu) and blamed /intl/ for the mess, however the key causes were the retard owner of /fph/ and the proxyfags on /intl/ who apparently are SA shills.
tl;dr /fph/ woke up the /intl/ proxyfags and Hotwheels smacked them up and disabled top 25 while potentially losing an exodus.
